As part of the Senior Leadership Team on Park, as Head of Facilities you will be responsible leading a large team which includes: site maintenance, facilities management and the Cleaning Operation Team. Key Role Responsibilities

Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to the Facilities team, setting clear goals and expectations, and motivating the team to achieve outstanding results and develop a high performing Team. Guest experience: Interacting with guests, building trusted relationships with owners, and addressing both their needs and concerns. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve departmental and organizational objectives, including budgeting and resource allocation.

Performance Optimization: Continuously assess departmental performance and implement improvements, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality outcomes. We are looking for an ambitious person, with good experience in delivering projects in the Building services sector, you will typically be working with clients in the following industries; Defence, Healthcare and Education. THE ROLE:

• Act as part of a design team to ensure successful timely preparation and delivery on project objectives, including providing technical support
• Attend specification meetings.
• Taking a senior role on design projects, predominantly of a building services and HVAC nature - lots of work is done with clients in the defence and healthcare sectors.
• Designing lighting systems, AC systems and power generator/distribution systems.
• Produce budgets for clients based on their specifications.
• Liaise with the client and external design teams as necessary for the successful delivery of projects.
• Keep up to date with technical developments, national and international standards and legislative requirements related to electrical design within building services.
• Compile specifications, drawings and contract documents.

THE PERSON:

• Be fully IT literate and with relevant experience of AutoCAD, Revit, Amtech and Dialux.
• Hold a full UK driving license
• Demonstrate the capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Understanding of setting and managing budgets, and making sound financial decisions
