We are excited to be advertising a number of Senior Clinical Fellow posts, based in our Paediatric Emergency Department at Northampton General Hospital. The post is newly created for our Paediatric Emergency Department, and is designed for candidates who are working at the level of senior decision maker in Paediatric Emergency Medicine, or who are ready to take this responsibility and wish to advance their career in this exciting specialty. The successful applicant will begin work at a level commensurate with previous experience, likely to be at ST3-6 (registrar) level. The post holder must be registered with the GMC and hold a licence to practice. Job Purpose The purpose of this post is twofold: To provide middle grade cover for the PED. To provide a supportive environment for the motivated candidate to gain middle grade experience in PEM and progress their career in EM or Paediatrics. Job description an responsibilities: The PED is adjacent to our main ED, separated only by swipe access partition and well supported by the team of Consultants , Middle grades and Resident Doctors working in main ED. Our ED rota is designed to have 24/7 cover with Registrars or Specialty Doctors equivalent to ST4+. Post holders in this grade will participate in the middle grade rota. Duties within the Paediatric Emergency Department will cover the whole range of clinical responsibility for children with emergency problems from minor injuries to major trauma, and minor illnesses through to the critically unwell. You will be expected to lead major cases in our resuscitation room. You will supervise the ACCS trainees/GP trainees/ Junior clinical fellows who work in PED. You will work along with our highly experienced PED nurses to prioritise the sick children and support to achieve the ED national standards. You will work with the nights ED Registrars in the main ED and support the team to maintain safety in ED. There is extended consultant cover from 08:00 23:00 weekdays, and 10:00-22:00 in weekends & bank holidays. Outside these hours, consultant cover is provided via an on-call system and consultants will attend the department if required. We would encourage the post holder to complete workplace based assessments to allow documentation of their own development and mapping of competencies achieved in line with RCEM curriculum. Education is an important part of the role. The successful applicant will be expected to receive and deliver teaching. The post holder will receive consultant supervision and have a named consultant supervisor, and may be involved in supporting the training of other staff. Our Emergency Department consistently receives excellent feedback from trainees, including the clinical fellows, regarding the friendly working environment, the approachability and supportiveness of senior staff, and the training opportunities available. The Consultant body has a breadth of experience including sub-specialty interests like Geriatric Emergency Medicine, Pre-Hospital Emergency Medicine, Sports medicine, Education, Emergency Ultrasound, in addition to PEM.

The midwife is ultimately responsible for the care of the mother and her new-born(s), and it is under the direct or indirect supervision of the midwife that the MSW assists with and provides clinical care following completion of any relevant or appropriate training., The employee will be provided with appropriate training for the clinical setting in which they are working. These settings include antenatal and newborn screening, maternity immunsation team and Fetal Medicine Clinics. The post holder is expected to undertake a set of defined competencies. Support will be given to employees to further develop their skills and explore pathways for progression where appropriate. Report any incidents or concerns using the local risk management reporting system and escalate such concerns or incidents appropriately and in a timely manner. Participate in the audit of standards within the unit if appropriate. Care of the Woman Manage own time and caseload effectively whilst prioritising care needs for women and their babies under care under the direction and supervision of the midwife in antenatal and newborn screening, maternity immunisations and fetal medicine clinics. Escort women and their families between clinical areas as required. Communicate effectively and clarifies understanding with women and their families in all settings and can select appropriate methods to communicate when a disability or complexity may exist. Understand and gains valid consent prior to action or providing care. Undertake baseline/routine observations and measurements (and escalate any deviation from the normal range) to the named midwife or appropriate member of the multi-professional team. Support women during clinical procedures and act as chaperone when requested to do so by the midwifery or obstetric team. Perform venipuncture or capillary blood sampling in line with national standards and local policy and guidance following completion of the appropriate competencies. Assist in the nutrition and hydration needs of women. Assist with the transportation of blood products if asked to do so and have an awareness of the storage requirements. Obstetric and Neonatal Emergencies Recognises and acts upon within own parameters of competence any abnormal events or emergencies, escalating to the multidisciplinary team through the appropriate means, in a timely manner. Assist the Midwife/Nurse with adult emergency situations that might occur. Assist the Midwife/Nurse with neonatal emergency situations that might occur. Health Promotion and Screening Maintains a contemporary knowledge base about local and national antenatal and newborn screening services and signposts women and their families to appropriately qualified practitioners if they are undecided or have concerns. Has an understanding and can advise families about newborn blood spot screening, immunisations and can produce GROW Charts following successful completion of the appropriate competencies. About you

Our client HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) is an agency of the Ministry of Justice. HMCTS provides administrative support for the legal system across England and Wales, ensuring justice works for everyone.

The Role:
We are recruiting for an exciting Administrator position (Temp), part of the Her Majesty`s Courts and Tribunals Service admin team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within the Public Sector and provide an essential service that has a diverse organisation with a wide variety.

You will deliver a wide range of admin work; you`ll be contributing towards helping create a more effective, less costly and more responsive justice system for everyone. This includes supporting administration, supporting our independent judiciary and driving improvements across several courts and tribunals in Northampton.

Please Note: You will be working 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday, with a pay rate of £11.88.

These are temporary contracts with a possibility of an extension.

What will be your primary responsibilities?

" Preparing papers and files for court, tribunals, hearings and meetings.
" Producing court/tribunal documents.
" General photocopying and filing.
" Creating and updating records on in-house computer system and data input.
" Post opening and dispatch.
" Booking, preparing and organising meeting rooms, supporting training courses and other group activities.
" Preparing meeting agenda, joining instructions, handouts etc.

Your new company
You will be working for a leading and highly recognised Tier 1 infrastructure provider who works with numerous local authorities on a number of projects. Due to an increase in project workload, they are on the lookout for a Planner to join their commercial team on a long-term freelance contract.

Your new role
You will be collaborating with the wider project delivery team and any external stakeholders where necessary to integrate all time, cost and quality information to support the monitoring of project performance, lead in 'What-if' scenario planning providing integrated solutions to programme/project conflicts and recoveries, and work closely with the Project Managers to maintain programme schedules and manage the interface between schedules.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will have experience working as a Planner in the Civil Engineering industry, working in the Highways sector previously is desired but not essential. In addition to experience within the Civils industry, you will be more than competent using Primavera 6 (P6).

Job Description

• Supervision and Training - recruit, train, and supervise catering team, including servers, chefs, and support personnel. Set clear expectations and provide ongoing feedback to maintain a high level of performance
• Quality Control - monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards to ensure they meet or exceed customer expectations. Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
• Logistics Management - coordinate delivery, setup, and breakdown of catering equipment and supplies. Oversee the flow of events, including food service, beverage distribution, and guest interactions. Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock levels
• Customer Service - foster positive relationships with clients and guests, addressing their needs and concerns. Handle customer inquiries, requests, and special dietary requirements with professionalism and courtesy. Be curious, solicit feedback from clients to continuously improve catering services
