Belvoir Vale Care Home

Belvoir Vale is situated in Widmerpool, just off the A46 and is registered to provide residential and dementia residential care for up to 62 residents.

The home is designed as a care village incorporating three care homes in grounds of over two acres. The purpose built care homes are ground floor, with all bedrooms having en-suite facilities. Belvoir Vale has a number of comfortable seating areas, dining rooms, a hair dressing salon and beautiful landscaped gardens.

Rutland House is a dementia specialist wing and has a 'memory cafe'', sweet shop and garden room, for residents and visitors to enjoy. Belvoir Vale has an array of personalised and social activities for residents to participate in, along with good food, companionship and offering residents choice every step of the way.

Project Management Office Assist with the development of study design and required methodology tools by working closely with Project Management Office Manager and Programme Managers. Support the organisation of project and programme venues, workshops, training, patient and clinician interviews and surveys. Collect and collate project information for analysis. Ensure that the programme reports (Annual Reports, Business Plans, and Quarterly and Monthly reports) are relevant and specific, timely, detailed and tracked against the business plan milestones and KPIs and metrics. To play an active part in the development and implementation of administrative and managerial procedures in the PMO, ensuring that high standards are set and maintained. Provide project support, developing, documenting and implementing core project/programme processes for project delivery. Support effective communication among project stakeholders, guaranteeing timely dissemination of project progress, key milestones, and alterations to project plans. Responsibilities may include drafting communication materials, coordinating meeting schedules, and documenting meeting proceedings. CIA Programme Take a lead role in communications activities for the CIA programme including website content management, and social media accounts. Provide a comprehensive range of secretarial and administrative services to a consistently high standard. This includes:o Organising and preparing meetings, formal and informal minute-taking, programme scheduling.o Arranging travel for the team as required.o Providing diary management for the Director.o Raise requisitions and purchase orders and scrutinise and reconcile all invoicing.o To provide advice and assistance to staff within CIA including documentation on recruitment, induction and appraisals.o To support the process for regular team meetings, and oversight groups setting the agenda, collating papers and reports. Manage the smooth running of the CIA function in a confidential, effective and efficient manner, and act as first point of contact for all communications during core office hours. To ensure enquiries are dealt with appropriately. Update the Oxford & Thames Valley HIN teams on key areas of work. Act as an interface between CIA and external partners including liaison with executive and non-executive staff; patients and service users; clinicians; academics; commissioners and industry partners. Ensure that all queries from colleagues and external organisations are dealt with quickly and efficiently, producing file notes as appropriate. Work with other administrative colleagues in the Oxford & Thames Valley HIN to ensure the office and the phones are always covered appropriately. The Clinical Innovation Adoption Senior Project Manager will: Facilitate the adoption and adaption of innovations across the region by engaging and working with clinicians and managers from providers and commissioners and the HIOTV on projects that address clinical priorities as identified nationally and locally. Identify and assess innovations suitable for adoption; this includes NIHR Applied Research Collaboration (ARC) projects and activities. Where appropriate consider combinatorial innovation solutions for therapeutic areas and their pathways. Manage the process for successful adoption through service pathway redesign. Manage a pipeline of high impact innovations across the HIOTV region. Ensure evidence to support the change in clinical practice is sourced and clear. Agree implementation plans for uptake nationally and locally of sourced innovative technology (including NICE TAs) where there is a demonstrable clinical need. Work closely with the HIOTVs Strategic and Industry Partnerships (commercial team) to support commercialisation of innovations as appropriate. Ensure provider budgets are in place to enable technology adoption providing supporting papers for directors of finance in NHS trusts. Work with the CIA PMO to determine resource requirements to ensure that the team skills are engaged for delivery. Work closely with the regional medicines management team to implement and report on uptake of NICE TAs linked to national, regional and local programmes. Agree clear evaluation criteria and health economics with the commissioning organisations to enable decisions to scale or reject the innovation and service transformation. Agree monitoring arrangements for uptake and provide monthly reports against implementation plans. These reports will go to the Clinical Innovation Adoption Oversight Group, programme boards and NHSE. Identify risks and issues that are preventing rollout and escalate these (and plans for mitigation) to the CIA Oversight Group. Set up and manage innovation pipeline documentation for ease of access for HIOTV programmes and regional partners. Use the suite of high quality project templates for technology adoption to manage the process of market analysis, implementation and measuring/monitoring for projects. Work with the project and programme leads to ensure documentation is of a high quality and proportionate to the size and risk of the projects and programmes. Lead on set up and delivery of study design, real world evaluation and service evaluation. Attend and contribute to the relevant programme boards. Develop and implement data collection systems that will provide accurate and timely data. Participate in relevant internal and external working groups/projects, services and initiatives to provide information and analytical advice and expertise. Support production of tenders/business cases as required for the projects. Present information and issues to a range of internal and external stakeholders. Liaise with other managers to share best practice. Lead on post-project evaluation, document and present lessons learned.
