The Production Planner will prepare short- to long-term plans to ensure customer demand, service levels, manufacturing efficiencies and inventory objectives are met. What will you deliver?

• Responsible for carrying out and controlling the day to day planned maintenance, reactive repair, minor project works and procurement of materials and contracted works within Woodland View Hospital, based primarily within the Woodland View Hospital on a permanent basis with flexibility required to support other Equans sites as and when requested by the Contract TSM.

Who are we looking for?

• Must have successfully completed a recognised Mechanical or Electrical apprenticeship and have previous experience in a similar role carrying out maintenance duties.
• Hospital maintenance experience is desirable but not essential.

Reporting to the Catering Supervisor you will assist in the provision of a quality catering service within this location and associated satellite locations, as required. To liaise with Council House tenants and owners of privately owned properties that are affected by major works programmes and communal repairs. Provide necessary support and assistance in order to facilitate the Council’s Forced Access Policy.

Randstad C&P are working with a leading facilities management client who are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mobile Multi-Skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to join their team, covering various commercial contracts in Irvine. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to work with a leading facilities management company, providing high-quality maintenance and repair services for HVAC systems across multiple sites.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a Monday to Friday, 40 hour work week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently operate, maintain, and repair AC/HVAC systems within commercial properties.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on AC and HVAC appliances.
• Perform diagnostic checks, fault finding, and repairs to ensure optimal system performance.
• Support the general maintenance team with tasks such as basic plumbing and minor repairs.
• Participate in an on-call rota for out-of-hours emergencies.
• Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning.
• Proven experience in air conditioning and HVAC maintenance, preferably in a commercial setting.
• Relevant qualifications in HVAC, refrigeration, or air conditioning (F-Gas certified desirable).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and repair faults.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence.
