We are looking for a unique individual to support with the difficult task of changing the bandages of our 15 year male client who suffers from a chronic skin condition called Epidermolysis bullosa (EB). The client has bandages over the majority of his body which are covering open wounds and blisters which require specific care to avoid infection. This is an extremely painful procedure and the client has specific pain medication prescribed to help with this. There will also always be a carer present who knows the client well to provide him with emotional support and reassurance throughout the process. This task is currently completed by his Dad who understandably finds it very difficult and, now his son is older would like to be able to train up someone else to support with this task. • Someone who is committed long term as training could take up to 6 months before the person is confident in doing this task alone.

As Property & FM Budget Co-ordinator, you will support the P&FM Budget Performance Manager to ensure all budget reporting activity across Group Property and FM is carried out in an efficient and accurate manner. We have an exciting new role for a Grounds Maintenance Operative for a Public Sector client in their Property and Facilities department.

You will be in a team of 8 colleagues working remotely and this will include travelling around the Hampshire and I.O.W area visiting sites to complete facilities management tasks, and I.O.W travel will be once per month minimum but depending on business needs.

Requirements:

• Heavy Pruning/ Strimming

• Other duties include: Paving, fencing repairs, surface repairs, delivering equipment...

To assess unresolved issues within the implementation, particularly around cost allocation, and tracking parts and costs through the production cycle. - Monitoring and supervising detainees while they are in the docks during court sessions, ensuring they remain secure and do not pose a risk to themselves or others.
- Being privy to sensitive and confidential information discussed during court proceedings, including testimonies, legal arguments etc. Maintaining discretion and confidentiality is paramount. Being prepared to listen to harrowing and distressing testimonies and evidence. It is crucial to maintain professionalism and provide support to detainees while managing your own emotional wellbeing.
