- Designated first-line supervisory authority and is responsible and accountable for the 24/7 operation of their assigned units and provides coverage for other NMs as needed.
- Responsible and accountable for the direction and supervision of specific orientation, training, development of staff, and evaluation of individual staff performance.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm day shift w/occasional evening/night shift rotations. May be required to work other shifts, be on call, work weekends and/or holidays as patient care and needs of the service require. Should operational needs dictate, candidates must be willing to work within other units (including community based outpatient clinics, for example) to assist and support continuation of the provision of care/services.
