Responsibilities:

• Perform oversight on operational tasks on account opening, KYC support, collateral management, cash and fund trade processing, investment linked funds related tasks including processing subscription and redemptions flows and fee payments. These tasks include oversight and verification of those which are outsourced to the transfer agent.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of fund accounting standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g., IFRS, GAAP, UCITS).
• 3-5 years of experience in fund operations, fund administration, or investment-linked products (ILP), preferably within a financial institution or asset management firm.

What you will be working on

Reporting to the Director of HCC or Project Lead at HCC, the Sustainability Conservation Scientist will work in the Conservation Science laboratory of the HCC, primarily focusing on leading the sustainability research project for the first 2 years. Main duties of the successful candidate are listed below:

• Lead the sustainability research project, closely collaborate with the research Project Manager and Research Assistant, and actively contribute to the 3 phases of the project while working with respective members of the NHB research team and/or partners. This involves attending and contributing to meetings as needed; providing expert inputs as needed to procure adequate equipment &/or services; preparing and delivering reports as agreed and scheduled. It may also require representing HCC research team when and as needed.
• Directly Supervise the project manager and research assistant, providing guidance and ensuring the project’s objectives are met.
• In collaboration with HCC conservation scientists, propose improvements if needed and execute most of the experimental scientific work related to investigating the aging behaviours of mock-ups representative of the Collection, liaise and coordinate with external stakeholders, including vendors as needed.
• In collaboration with the HCC Preventive Conservation specialists and the Facility managers on site, closely work with the relevant research partners to ensure the scientific results obtained on materials aging behaviours are adequately interpreted and effectively integrated into the digital simulation model.
• In collaboration with the relevant HCC conservator(s), measure and monitor the impact of change in environmental settings on selected National Collection items using non-destructive techniques.
• Train &/or mentor as needed selected HCC staff to master relevant equipment/technique & interpret results. Share knowledge with conservation students as needed.
• Contribute to disseminate the research results and co-author most of the articles to be submitted for journal publications and/or conference presentations.
• After the initial two-year period, begin developing and implementing preventive conservation strategies and practices across NHB institutions.

What we are looking for

The selected candidate is expected to possess research/analysis experience in conservation science relevant to the mentioned project and mainly applicable to organic artists’ and conservation materials; to work independently under minimum supervision and be a strong team-player enjoying working in a collaborative manner and to have demonstrated ability to show initiative and resourcefulness in handling difficult analytical problems in scientific methodology of conservation science.

You should:

• Possess MSc or PhD degree, specialising in conservation science, chemistry, materials science or another scientific discipline relevant to the position. Conservator with a MSc or Bachelor degree in conservation from a recognised college / university and with a proven experience in conservation science will also be considered.
• Preferably minimum of 6 years of experience in a conservation science laboratory. Experience in multi-year transdisciplinary research is advantageous. Broad knowledge of artists’ materials and techniques is expected. Deep understanding of cellulose-based materials would be a plus.
• Have a proven experience in working with non-destructive techniques (such as Digital Image Correlation, Acoustic Emission, etc.) to monitor the impact of environment on Collection items and/or materials used in/on Collection.
• Be familiar working with accelerated aging methods involving various conditions of temperature, relative humidity, light exposure. Familiarity with Microfadometry is advantageous.
• Possess a working knowledge of analytical techniques used in conservation field, such as, but not limited to scanning electron microscopy/ energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (SEM/EDX), polarized light microscopy (PLM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC-MS), high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), X-ray fluorescence spectrometers (Artax and Bruker hand-held), Micro-Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrometer, Micro-Raman spectrometer, spectrophotometer and digital microscopy.
• Be familiar with techniques, methods and equipment used in preventive conservation to measure, monitor, process and interpret data associated to collection environment is advantageous.

Purpose of the job:

• The Director, Operations Asia Pacific establishes and drives the guest experience vision, mission, and corporate strategy across AD’s global network of airport experiences. Leading a team of partners, the position oversees AD’s ambition to expand within the region delivering the guest experience and operational efficiency needed to operate a successful lounges network.
• The Director, Operations Asia Pacific is responsible for senior level management of AD’s third-party providers ensuring we are optimizing operational capabilities, fiduciary requirements and delivering on required SLAs.
• This position is responsible for development and oversight of a regional operating budget in excess of $10m (£8M) per annum. The role will be responsible for establishing improvements in operational performance leading to appropriate customer satisfaction, in-lounge staff engagement and collaboration and improved EBITDA.
• Together with other senior internal and external management, the Director will focus on issues of major significance, setting company goals and developing business strategies, often requiring coordination and collaboration across business units.
• The Director, Operations Asia Pacific is a pivotal position that will facilitate the development of AD’s interests in the region, compliantly, profitably and sustainably setting new standards in a new markets which benefit both AD and shareholder value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overview the operations of partner entities establishing best practices commensurate with AD operating procedures developing consistency within a global portfolio of operating lounge businesses.
• Work with and influence partners to define guest experience and operations strategy, structure, and processes.
• Review how global systems, tools and other AD propriety material can be best utilised within the region building operational project plans to implement the same within partner organisations.
• Review, develop and implement appropriate training regimes that ensure there is business compliance in all areas that also looks to promote a positive guest and colleague experience within our operating entities.
• Negotiate, manage, monitor and evaluate third-party provider relationships leveraging AD’s global network expansion.
• Set comprehensive goals for operational performance growth and improvement within partners SLA’s that will be monitored and reported against at multiple levels within the stakeholder structure.
• Oversee operations and guest experience financial strategy and ensure budgets and financial allocations are aligned to operational strategic priorities.
• Manage the quarterly and annual budgeting process and P&L responsibilities.
• Monitor performance to proactively identify efficiency issues and propose solutions.
• Working with the AD global team establish operational benchmarks and resources needed to achieve strategic goals, proactively driving improvements as necessary.
• Monitor and report customer engagement performance ratings and implement strategic plans for improvements across AD network. Play an active role in proposition evolution including menu development and use of technological enhancements that will improve GX and operating efficiency.

• Work with third-party providers to identify opportunities to support AD’s commitment to sustainability within our operation and guest experience.
• Position will be required to travel within the Asia Pacific Region and globally as required to support AD interests both locally and internationally.

• Overall, this role will initially undertake a root and branch review of the existing business entities and new ones that will come on stream during the course of the next trading period. • Ensure a safe learning environment for students (Primary 1-6)
• Supervise students to complete their homework, conduct in-house enrichment programmes and cultivate good habits/social skills amongst students.

The Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for identifying, analysing and disseminating actionable threat intelligence to support the organisation’s cybersecurity posture. This role involves evaluating external cyber intelligence sources, correlating data and synthesising this information to provide insights into the threat landscape facing the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor open-source and restricted channels for relevant threats, vulnerabilities and indicators of compromise.
• Assess exposure and impact through vulnerability and configuration information.
• Analyse malware, phishing campaigns and network intrusions to identify threat actors’ tactics, techniques and procedures.
• Develop and maintain threat profiles on adversary groups, detailing their objectives, capabilities and methods of operations.
• Create and disseminate threat intelligence reports to internal stakeholders, including executive summaries suitable for non-technical audiences.
• Work closely with the cyber security incident response team to provide real-time analysis during active security incidents.
• Collaborate with external partners, industry groups and government agencies to share intelligence and best practices.
• Monitor external attack surface and security posture and work with asset owners to remediate the findings.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security Management or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on threat intelligence, incident response, vulnerability management or a related area.
• CISSP, CISM, GCTI certified.

Competencies

• Hands-on experience on threat intelligence platforms, EASM, SPM, SIEM and vulnerability assessment tools.
• Working knowledge on frameworks, best practices, industry standard scoring models such as MITRE, CIS, CVSS, EPSS.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Python, PowerShell, etc) is a plus.
