Following the guidance issued by both the Awarding Body and the College with regard to assessment practice and the completion of documentation. Full compliance with the establishment’s Quality Assurance systems to ensure consistency and continuous improvement, liaising with appropriate staff to ensure that systems in support of assessment, verification and additional support are fully implemented.

Guiding and supporting assessors to ensure quality and consistency of assessment while undertaking staff development appropriate to the contractual requirements of the post and the needs of the provision.

Key Accountabilities


- Submission of monthly reports to management including but not limited to – Exam pass/fail rates for curriculum areas
- Attendance data and end of month figures with the relevant examination results within specific timescales.
- To verify assessment decisions and manage the quality of delivery to ensure criteria and guided learning hours are met.
- Co-ordinate the timely ordering of examination papers, registration, data recording and certification claims for learners.
- Ensure exam boxes are well maintained and appropriate for use. Work as part of the education team in an efficient and professional manner demonstrating a positive attitude to change and show flexibility in the workplace.
- To ensure a high level of security and confidentiality is maintained in relation to staff and prisoners, and that all information, both written and oral, is treated confidentially.

You’ll be hands-on managing habitat restoration, conservation projects, and the reintroduction of grazing initiatives for a internationally important heathland, whilst ensuring compliance with relevant local and national legislation.

You’ll work across Staffordshire and as part of with a passionate team to lead habitat conservation projects and Countryside Stewardship schemes, forge partnerships, and inspire local volunteers, while ensuring compliance with environmental standards and legislation.

You will also:

• Lead the ecological management of habitats and species across Staffordshire’s countryside estate.
• Lead on reviewing and developing conservation grazing projects.
• Develop and manage projects, including species recovery, habitats and legal compliance.
• manage grants and environmental schemes, from applications to reporting compliance.
• Collaborate with county environmental specialists, statutory agencies, and local stakeholders; including public consultation activities.
• Supervise and empower volunteers, fostering a positive culture for conservation and community engagement.

• A degree or equivalent experience in ecology or a related field.
• Strong background in habitat management, conservation methods, and biodiversity legislation.

About the role

As a Home Manager you will lead, inspire and engage your team to deliver an outstanding quality of personalised care and support to our residents enabling them to live later life well. You will be accountable for the commercial and financial performance of the home including occupancy levels and operating profit whilst ensuring regulatory compliance. We know this can be a complicated time, but your local team at MHA's Weston & Queensway House care home in Stafford will be with you every step of the way.

About you

You will be an experienced Home Manager with inspirational leadership skills, a passion for adult social care and track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding care through continuous improvement. We are looking for a confident communicator with strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking ability coupled with a compassionate and resilient nature. You will need a 1st level Registered Nurse qualification and current PIN, with a recognised professional management qualification and a willingness to develop. You will hold or be willing to study for NVQ Level 4 in Care or LMC Level 4 Award.

What will you be doing?

• The Senior Security Analyst will work with Security Architects to take on delegated complex tasks, drive projects and proactively monitor work loads.
  
• Act as a mentor to a team of cyber security professionals, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and support their career goals.
  
• Maintain crisis communication plans, provide timely updates during security incidents, inform legal and media teams with expert opinions, and ensure effective responses to threats and exposures.
  
• Ensuring that customer data and systems are protected from cyber threats, and that customer confidentiality, integrity, and availability are maintained at all times.
  
• Collaborating with Security Architects and wider Digital Business teams to understand their specific security requirements and concerns, and tailoring cyber security solutions to meet their needs.
  
• Ensuring that cyber security solutions are designed and implemented with sustainability in mind, considering factors such as energy efficiency, waste reduction, and environmental impact.
  
• Developing and implementing sustainable cyber security policies and procedures that align with industry best practices and standards, such as ISO 27001.
