The appropriate Production Supervisor will be the first point of contact in the help chain for Production Team Leaders, and operators in their absence, for support in problem solving with ongoing production. Requirements:

• 5 years minimum hands-on experience in an Aerospace Manufacturing production or engineering discipline.
• To have strong EHS knowledge with the ability to conduct Risk Assessments, create Safe Working Practices in line with Human performance principles and ideally NEBOSH or IOSH certified.
• Robust personality with ability to challenge both people and processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate across different levels and functional areas in the organisation.
• Demonstrate the successful leadership of a team consistently achieving its objectives and manage individuals

You will be responsible for proactively managing and mitigating risks associated with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for field engineer visits related to the successful completion of work orders.
