Account Manager - London

We are looking for a Cleaning Account Manager to oversee a large corporate building in London.

This role would suit a people focused Manager, able to motivate their team to ensure the high-specification cleaning standards are met and maintained to a high level. As Cleaning Account Manager, you will report regularly to the client and will be people focused.

This position will sit under our Portfolio division, which is our high-specification cleaning service for professional workplaces. As a Cleaning Account Manager, you’ll be:

• Maintaining strong client relationship with high levels of satisfaction
• Providing and maintaining the quality of service delivery
• Carrying out ad-hoc and regular activities such as projects, reports, audits as required by and to support the Regional Director.
• Holding regular contract and specification review meetings with the client
• Being responsible for ensuring Health & Safety procedures and legislation is adhered to
• Looking for opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings and account growth.

As a Cleaning Account Manager, you’ll have:

• Excellent communication and people management skills
• Powerpoint and Excel skills
• Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to forward plan, work under pressure and influence at a senior level
• Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis
• Working knowledge of Health and Safety systems in the cleaning industry
• Experience working with commercial clients previously would be highly desirable

• Melakukan perawatan terhadap mesin produksi roti, mesin pendingin dan instalasi listrik agar tidak terjadi trouble saat digunakan.
• Memperbaiki mesin produksi, pendingin yang rusak
• Mendata dan menyiapkan part-part untuk perawatan dan perbaikan

• Menangani pasien yang mengalami kondisi medis parah atau traumatis yang mengancam jiwa
• Memberikan asuhan keperawatan secara menyeluruh dan komprehensif
• Menilai kebutuhan pasien dengan cepat
• Mengobati cedera kritis, reaksi alergi dan trauma
• Membantu dokter dalam melakukan pelayanan keperawatan

-Melaksanakan table set-up dan clear up.

-Memahami penggunaan alat atau bahan pembersih yang sesuai dengan SOP toko.

-Menjalankan tugas operasional sehari – hari seperti melakukan pembersihan atas area kerja kitchen dan semua peralatan setelah digunakan. 

-Memastikan kebersihan dan juga kelengkapan semua peralatan memasak secara hygiene demi menjaga kesehatan konsumen.

-Memastikan penyimpanan/penempatan peralatan pada tempatnya sesuai dengan yang sudah disediakan.
