Integrated Logistics Specialist, Mid
The Opportunity:
As a logistics manager, you know that every program relies on clearly defined management processes to work. You understand and know that using Failure Modes and Criticality Analysis (FMCA) is critical to ensuring the integrity of the mission. We’re looking for a logistics engineer like you to apply your engineering and process improvement experience to develop tools for the DoD. Using your skills in Human Factors Engineering, Provisioning, and Logistics Information Systems you’ll help coordinate all system elements and ensure long-lasting integration and sustainment.
As a logistics engineer on our Army team, you’ll help provide logistics services during the development, production, and sustainment phases of a system life cycle. You’ll use your findings to create a path forward that meets design requirements and ensures functionality. Your experience with training and development, total package fielding and integrated product support (IPS) is essential to ensuring quality when designing mission-critical solutions. In this role, you’ll use your engineering logistics and materials knowledge to contribute to the safety of the warfighter. You’ll work closely with senior team members and grow your skills in root-cause analysis and process improvement resolution. Use your curiosity and solution-oriented mindset to contribute to mission-critical engineering logistics for the Army.

You Have:
Experience with immplementing training for weapon systems
Experience with provisioning or logistics data for weapon systems
Experience with military property management
Knowledge of technical writing for weapon systems
Knowledge of maintenance engineering and safety for military weapon systems, and advanced military warehouse management
Ability to provide supply chain risk management and assist in developing supply chain risk strategies and plans
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED and 6+ years of experience in Life Cycle Logistics, or Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience experience in Life Cycle Logistics
Nice If You Have:
Ability to assist and recommend solutions to resolve issues involving the development and delivery of logistics products
Ability to provide technical assistance documenting and presenting product support, strategies, and plans to product managers and key stakeholders both orally and in writing
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $49,800.00 to $102,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
