• Participate heavily in weekly SBA meetings by reviewing SBA notes, discussing specific cases, addressing additional training needs with BAs, providing mini continuing education’s for the team.
• Supervise Lead Technicians, ensure Lead Technician is completing their assigned duties.

Training Behavior Analyst:

• An initial meeting with the Behavior Analyst must occur once assigned to the SBA. This includes new hire Behavior Analysts or those that transition from one SBA to your supervision.
• Conduct direct consultation with Behavior Analysts monthly or bi-monthly on each case, 2-5 hours per month depending on the status of the child’s program; a minimum of one hour per month of direct consultation.
• Use consultation form to address and document necessary areas; provide copies of consultation form to Behavior Analysts and Clinical Director within one week of consultation.
• The initial training and long-term monitoring of the Behavior Analysts as they onduct overlaps and team meetings.
• The initial training and long-term monitoring of the Behavior Analysts as they conduct parent training intervention.
• The initial training and long-term monitoring of the Behavior Analysts as they conduct school consultation.
• The initial training and long-term monitoring of the Behavior Analysts as they conduct assessments.
• Training and supervising the Behavior Analysts as they are assigned and conduct staff evaluations.

2. Administrative Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure classroom budget is maintained and reinforces are appropriate.
• Conduct parent inquiries for new parents – explain different program and the intake process.
• Meet and address parent’s concerns over child’s programming at ABC.
• Complete a three-month calendar and email/share to the Clinical Director. Also oversee the Behavior Analysts’ calendar to ensure accuracy.
• Participate in meetings and ongoing communication with other Senior Behavior Analysts in order to maintain consistency across centers on a quarterly basis.
• Complete performance reviews for each Behavior Analyst. This will include an initial 3 month and annual reviews.

ROLE

Senior Analysts are members of the Advisory team, working with a wide range of clients to evaluate the market and economic feasibility of hotels, mixed-use resorts, and leisure destinations around the world. The Senior Analyst is an intermediate position for a real estate professional, who is highly numerate and comfortable with quantitative data and analysis, liaising liaises directly with the client and responsible for the delivery of assignments.

The Senior Analyst reports to the Studio Director.

REQUIREMENTS

• A degree in real estate, economics, tourism, or related field

• 4+ years of relevant professional experience

• A background in real estate/hotel development and/or consulting is preferred

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Ability to work in a team environment under pressure

• Critical and creative thinker

• Clear communicator and presenter of ideas, findings and/or point of view

• Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously

• Highly numerate and competent with Microsoft Excel spreadsheet modelling

• Well-travelled with a broad understanding of geography, economics and global affairs

• Organizational skills are essential and good coordination of project administration and internal corporate support

• A passion for leisure and tourism, and a solid understanding of the hospitality sector

• Second language is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Assist SecurityManager and undertake any other related duties stipulated by S.O.
• Conduct full spectrum security audits, exercises and investigation.
• Supervise security service providers and manage daily security operations.
• Conduct inventory check on the assets assign to security.
• Follow-up on security feedbacks / suggestions for improvement.
• Follow-up and coordinate on security development projects with security service / system providers.
• Coordinate smooth and safe visit by local government officials, foreign delegates, and VIPs.
• Ensure that no discrepancy on the submission of quotation or invoice submitted from Securityvendor.
• Manage data records in Staff Entrance and Exit (SEE) System.
• Liaise with the client's stakeholders and contractors for any defects reported on security systems.
• Refer preliminary update on disciplinary matters to Discipline Team.
• Document security meeting minutes, statistic reports and data.
• Manage carpark system and liaise its day-to-day carpark operations with the carpark operator
• Submission of reports of carpark complimentary tickets from users and the numbers of complimentary tickets printed for all the events of the month to Office of Estates.
• Spare parts inventory report to be submitted to Office of Estates
• Collation of monthly complimentary usage from the client's staff and external hirers
• Undertake any other related duties stipulated by the client.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline with 5 years of relevant experience supervising securitypersonnel; OR
• Higher Nitec or Nitec in in any discipline with 7 years of relevant experience supervising securitypersonnel;
• Good knowledge of security, design and implementation of physical security plans
• Technical knowledge of security systems/equipment such as IDS, CCTVs, access control systems, carpark systems etc. and their integration
