技能和資格：

1.道德高尚的人。

2. 至少擁有財務和會計/CIMA/ACCA/CPA 學士學位。

職位說明 ：

1. 根據區域和全球目標的指示制定年度預算。

2. 規劃、實施、管理和運作公司所有財務活動，包括業務規劃、預測和成本控制。

3. 制定並實施全面的區域策略，區域職能與公司目標一致。

4. 及時報告管理帳目、財務報告和利害關係人要求的符合公司準則、程序、監管要求和行業慣例的其他報告。

5. 積極向管理層提供有關對營運產生財務影響的所有方面的建議、教育和分析。

6、公司稅務策略的規劃與實施。

7. 負責付款處理和供應商對帳

8. 與外部審計師、銀行家、秘書和稅務代理人聯絡

9. 處理全套帳目並負責所有財務方面，包括組織的內部控制。

10.積極參與並控制全公司範圍內的所有財務問題。

11.帶領團隊實施新系統。
