About the Role:

Client Relationship Manager

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential clients
• Generate new business opportunities with support from the Marketing team
• Utilise CRM tools to track and manage client interactions and opportunities

The Sensory Assistant Manager/ Manager role:

Role responsibilities:

The Sensory Assistant Manager/ Manager will be reporting directly to Asia Sensory Director and will be leading a team of panel leaders and assistant based in Singapore to drive sensory operational excellence. He/ She will manage ASEAN and India client accounts. These may include sensory panel recruitment, training, project execution, panel management, analysis and reporting and assisting with HR issues that arise from running the panels (with support from our HR team).

Skills and experience:
