Your new role
You will be responsible for upselling and retaining customers. Your main method of contact will be via webchat to customers but you will also be using email and sometimes via phone. You will also be providing customer support, and being their point of contact. You will have a good understanding of the customer and their needs.

Your previous experience working within a similar sales environment will help you succeed in this role including experience within upselling. What will you be doing as a Sales Order Processer?

• You will be working within a team of 10 staff, supporting the needs of sales orders coming into the business.
