The successful candidate will also spend the other 50 percent of their time working in another modality such as Plain film or CT depending on your interest.

We are seeking a capable and experienced individual with interest and skills in the Theatre environment to enhance provision of services across the Radiology Directorate. The successful candidate will have broad experience, knowledge and understanding in the field of Theatre Imaging with good knowledge of the guidelines relating to mobile fluoroscopy imaging.
Applicants must possess a BSc (Hon)/ DCR (R) in Diagnostic Radiography and have current HCPC registration
Previous experience of managing staff and services/planning of theatre workflow at a senior level and use of an O-arm would be an advantage.
You will have a flexible and professional approach, demonstrating good organisational and time management, together with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to remain calm and manage unexpected demands is critical to this role. You must have a commitment to CPD and a practical knowledge of radiation protection, legislation and health and safety requirements.
You will be joining our friendly, flexible team and working alongside the Theatre Superintendent Radiographer to provide a high quality, responsive diagnostic service delivering excellent patient care in line with the Trust core values. You will be expected to maintain high clinical standards and share this practice with other staff and students.
