ABOUT THE ROLES: Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Control Tower, assuring accuracy of documentation and reporting, monitoring of import and export shipments, acting as a key point of contact for company's Network Operations, Key Account Management and Customer. Develop company's activities in the reporting area in order to achieve and demonstrate the Service Level committed to Customers. This role consists in directing and coordinating the operations, the customer services in Asia Pacific.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Scheduling

• Plans activities within the assigned scope of work.

• Develop and implement new traffic routes/projects granted by client.

• Execute and control the implementation of activities in line with the validated Sales plan from Key Account.

• Ensure that plans are aligned at all times with Customers expectations

Monitoring

• Consistently monitor emails, respond in a timely and professional manner to Customers and company's Network.

• Responsible for utilizing T&T systems.

• Update continually the systems with current statuses from company's Network, Airlines, Shipping Lines, and Subcontractors.

• Alert company's network and customer when required (transport mapping deviation).

• Research, interpret and analyze data received from various sources and escalate any irregularities to appropriate Management.

• Manage Claims (if any).

Communications

• Maintains relationships with company's network (Operations and Customer Services) and customers to assure compliance with expectations and established procedures.

• Responsible for the preparation, delivery and confirmation of all assigned reports that pertain to the Control Tower.

• Research and provide information to Carriers, Customers, company's network (Operations and Customer Services).

• Conduct daily (test phase), weekly (day to day) conference calls/meetings and serve as liaison between Operations and Account Management.

• Act as a point person to relay Carriers concerns and/or issues with company's network and Customers. 

• Manage and Update SOP, contact matrix, transport mapping

Others:

• Work closely with KAM/RAM and produce KPIs on weekly, monthly basis according to periodic reviews with the Customer.

• Conduct freight invoice compliance on regular basis to ensure billing accuracy from BLX Network to Customer.

• Communicate with IS/IT support groups to ensure system functionality and request enhancements.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

Essential:

• Bachelor degree or above;

• 5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding operations, coordination, customer service or other related experience managing both Air and Ocean

• Computer Skills. Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Excel required.

• Must have PC knowledge and skills and ability to learn and use company and customer system(s).

• Possess good communication skills and influence skill

• Excellent English skill both written and verbal communication

• Coordinate with IT to ensure technical support for data systems and tools, if need be.
5. Reporting & Insights
• Generate monthly and quarterly reports on data quality and service performance, presenting insights to management.
• Track KPIs and make data-driven recommendations to enhance operations.
• Develop tools and templates to streamline data gathering and reporting processes.
6. Training & Support
• Train team members on data integrity standards and service quality expectations.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for data and service quality-related issues.
• Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and service excellence across the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science/Data Analysis, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.

As an Quality Inspector, you’ll be reporting to Inspector Team Leader or Operations Manager and working as part of our Operations department. The purpose of QIMA’s Operations team is to deliver our industry-leading services to our clients while ensuring that all the work we do is performed to the QIMA standard of quality.

Your main duties will revolve around on-site quality inspections of our clients’ products.

• Check email daily to receive inspection documents.
• Attend to inspections on time and communicate with supplier in a professional way.
• Perform the inspection of the merchandise according with company procedures. Supervise the stuffing of the containers according with company procedures.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct a complete ‘Quality Assurance and Owner Understanding and Acknowledgement’  overview with the new Owner ensuring any concerns, issues etc are fully addressed and the Owner is fully satisfied and comfortable with their decision to enter into a purchase arrangement for Anantara Vacation Club Points,       

• Ensure the accuracy of all purchase and finance installment (if applicable) documentation and that the new Owner is provided with all required documentation along with a new Owner’s kit,

• Maintain contact with the new Owner and be their primary point of contact within AVC prior to the sale closing date to ensure sale closure is on schedule, and that any incomplete or additional documents, further deposits etc and/or information is obtained in a timely manner in order to finalize the purchase,     

• Prior to sale closure provide assistance, additional information and reassurance to the new Owner should they experience post sale remorse, in order to keep the sale secured,

• Process any rescissions, once you are satisfied the sale will not proceed, in a timely fashion,

• Conduct ‘post sale procedures’, documentation, follow up training during the training induction period for all new Sales Executives,

• Conduct on a regular basis ‘ongoing training and updates sessions’ for all Gallery Sales Associates ensuring they are kept up to date in relation to post sale pre-closing new procedures etc,

• Actively monitor that the integrity of the sales presentation is not compromised, deviated from or distorted, reporting immediately to the Quality Assurance Manager any incorrect or inappropriate information that may be being presented whether through a genuine misunderstanding or otherwise so that the appropriate corrective and/or disciplinary  action is taken,           

• Maintain close communications with the Corporate Contracts Administration Department in relation to new Owners in terms of sales ready to close, rescission statuses, etc,

• Maintain a log in respect to all new Owners ‘Welcome’ follow up calls by Sales executives and advise sales management of any lapses,

• Advise the Quality Assurance Manager daily of any processed rescissions, pending sales and sales closure statuses etc,        

• Assist the Gallery Sales Administration Management in ensuring all Gallery Associates adhere to all Company and any Governmental compliance requirements, general AVC policies and procedures and that all Sales Gallery Associates act, at all times to ensure the ‘Guest Experience’ and the integrity of the ‘Anantara’ brand name are not compromised, ensuring all Gallery Associates represent the company in an ethical, moral and professional manner at all times, 

• Respond to and manage in a timely manner any Guest concerns or complaints in conjunction with any relevant departments i.e. Marketing, Club Services etc.,

Senior Manager - Quality Assurance establishes suitable quality standards at each stage of the development process and evaluates suitability of matrices to assess quality. He/She determines types and variations of quality tests to fulfil business needs and requirements, as well as ensures that testing processes comply with applicable regulatory and relevant quality testing requirements. He synthesizes product performance against user feedback to prioritize quality measures for testing and manages the conduct of quality tests on quality measures under different operational and usage conditions. He recommends new technologies, tools and infrastructures, practices, and changes to processes, as well as guides the automation of quality testing.

• Determine quality standards at each stage of the development process to ensure quality of outputs

In Thailand, Bjak is recognized under the name Dsure. As we extend our footprint into Thailand, we are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer service interactions, including phone calls, emails, and chat support, to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and guidelines for customer service representatives.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of customer service interactions to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide constructive feedback to customer service representatives to enhance their performance and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the training team to develop and update training materials based on quality assessments.
• Analyze customer feedback and quality data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Participate in the development and execution of customer service quality assurance strategies.

• Proven experience in quality assurance within a customer service environment.
• Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
• Proficiency in English and Thai languages.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

ตำแหน่งงาน : เจ้าหน้าที่ประสานงานฝ่ายบริการด้านกำจัดแมลง

สาขา : กรุงเทพมหานคร (สุขุมวิท)

รายได้รวมต่อเดือน : 16,000 - 20,000 บาท/เดือน

- สนับสนุนและประสานงานกับผู้บังคับบัญชาและหน่วยงานต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

- ปรับปรุงตรวจสอบดูแลและควบคุมข้อมูลต่างๆ ให้ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วนและอัพเดทให้เป็นปัจจุบันอยู่เสมอ อาทิเช่นข้อมูลรายชื่อ การติดต่อและตารางกิจกรรมการดำเนินงานต่างๆ

- สรุปรายงานต่างๆ ที่มีความเกี่ยวข้องกับงานในแผนกเป็นรายสัปดาห์

- รับสารและสื่อสารข้อมูลต่างๆ ให้แก่แผนกรับทราบอย่างครบถ้วนถูกต้องและชัดเจน

- รับข้อร้องเรียน ข้อเสนอแนะ รวมถึงการติดต่อประสานงานต่างๆ ทั้งทางอีเมล์และทางโทรศัพท์

- เป็นผู้รับผิดชอบหลักในการติดต่อประสานงานทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร

- เป็นผู้ประสานต่างๆ ให้กับทีมบริการเพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

- ผู้สมัครอายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป

- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรี ในสาขาบริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี

- มีทักษะชำนาญในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์

- มีทักษะในการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษขั้นพื้นฐาน

- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและมีใจรักงานบริการ
