The job role

As a Site & Procurement Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our Fowey site, while also supporting procurement activities across the UK Industrial Hub. Administrative Tasks:

• Raise and process purchase orders (POs), goods receipts, and ensure accurate costings for swift payments.

Key Accountabilities:

Purchasing, Procurement and Contract Management

The Property Executive is responsible for purchasing and procuring goods and services as well as administering the contracts to deliver high standards of services.

To ensure procurement practice, time lines and project plans are carried out in line with procurement law and to be accountable for procurement progress updates to the Procurement Manager. To support in tender evaluation processes and to participate in the decision-making process by offering purchasing advice and identifying potential savings and operational opportunities to service users. To prepare tender & outcome reports detailing product information and costs and summary information post award. To analyse and present outcome findings to the Trust in report format, by means of presentation when required. To process new supplier set-ups on the Finance System. Assist with the training of users on the Procurement aspect of the Finance system. Person Specification Essential requirements include: Qualifications Good education including minimum Grade C in English and Maths, or equivalent Knowledge and Skills Thorough knowledge of MS Office Understanding of Finance Systems (Integra) would be an advantage. Ability to process requisitions and orders on an eprocurement system. Problem-solve issues and provide solutions Personal Attributes Assist and advise users to help them use compliant procurement and contract arrangements.
