• Recycling and Scrap Management
  • Lead project to create process to standardize collection and reporting of monthly waste data for all AFNA facilities.

Education/Experience/Certifications

Education: Requires a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, computer science, mathematics, engineering or other related field or equivalent experience. An MBA or MS in finance, economics or related financial discipline preferred.

The Procurement Operations Analyst is responsible for analyzing, reporting, and presenting Procurement metrics, supplier spend, and assist in identifying additional sourcing opportunities.  The Analyst will audit and track compliance of projected savings and report on anomalies found in the process. The Procurement Operations Analyst will also be responsible for providing trend forecasts and industry reporting to the Procurement team as well as other internal business groups.  Up to 5% travel.

Responsibilities:

• Assists in efforts to negotiate and author contract renewals, amendments, addendums, terminations, and rebates
• Maintains contract database, tracks key contract milestones, and provides reporting related to existing contracts

Senior Procurement Specialist – Third Party Risk & Supplier Engagement Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Procurement Specialist to join our Supply Chain Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a background in procurement, with a specific focus on 3rd party engagement and related systems, audit, process improvement, and project execution. The candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team and have excellent communication and negotiation skills.

This role is responsible for Supply Chain’s Supplier Enablement, Supplier Performance and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) programs. PGE has many active suppliers that require oversight, management, communication, compliance and reporting across operational and regulatory areas.

As part of our TPRM program, this role is responsible for tracking, overseeing, and reporting on data elements across numerous risk domains covering financial, contractual, quality, regulatory, safety and technology risks, and setting thresholds for acceptability. This ensures that the organization has and maintains effective oversight, control, and compliance over various operational and regulatory obligations.

From a supplier engagement perspective, this role is responsible for key outreach, adoption, compliance training, and support of our external partners as it relates to our Procure-to-Pay risk management processes, including triage and support of issues as they may arise. This ensures timely, efficient, and cost-effective transactional interaction with our supply base across all lines of business.

Finally, supplier performance management responsibilities of this role include identifying, segmenting, coordinating, collecting, and reporting on supplier performance results across numerous supplier segments and lines of business.
