Job Purpose

• Works closely with commercial colleagues to optimize launches/ access to vaccines in all Intercontinental LOCs - by ensuring high quality medical input to regulatory and commercial strategies and enhancing local medical affairs tactical plans.
• Brings cross-portfolio expertise, maintains knowledge of GSK product data and literature relevant to the portfolio of vaccines and has a deep understanding of customer needs in region Intercontinental.
• Supports the Regional VP by reviewing LOC prioritized GSK-sponsored and Investigator Sponsored Study (ISS) proposals to assess their scientific merit and strategic need.
• Liaises with technical experts (e.g. Health Economics, Epidemiology) and other regional experts as required.
• Helps the development and delivery of internal training to GSK Regional/Area/LOC medical teams and for commercial teams as appropriate, under the supervision of the Intercontinental Head of Vaccines.
• Fully understand and meet the requirements of all GSK policies (including Standards for Scientific Engagement, External Interactions by Medical and R&D Staff, GSK Code of Practice for Promotion and Customer Interactions), SOPs and external regulations.

Basic Qualifications:

• Medical degree with board certification.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in medical affairs and clinical development, including product launch experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in drug development, safety, regulatory affairs, market access, and reimbursement in GCI markets.

Responsibilities

Market and Competition Analysis

• Conduct market and competitors research to identify new trends and opportunities
• Suggest product line adjustments based on market insights

Collection Planning

• Develop collection plans and product strategies for the four annual collections and various capsules
• Define the product’s positioning, aligning with the brand’s image and strategy

Designers Briefs

• Create and convey detailed briefs covering trends and market needs (including design matrix) and addressing current collection opportunities
• Ensure design concepts meet brand goals and technical constraints
• Review and provide feedback on design progress

Product Development and Codification

• Collaborate with design, production, and development teams during the various stages of development to ensure timely creation, sampling and deliveries
• Implement collection development calendar and KPIs / monitoring tools to support development follow-up
• Manage the flow of samples and inventory of collections
• Manage product referential and codifications
• Ensure product quality and timely production by working closely with sourcing and production teams

Collection and Showroom Management

• Work with Retail Merchandising and Visual Merchandising teams to prepare showrooms and ensure aesthetic presentation
• Prepares buying tools leading up to showrooms (Masterfile, product guide, buyers guide) and maintain product data and Merchandising files throughout buying campaign Budget and Profitability
• Monitor samples budget and drive optimizations
• Set target prices and define price positioning, incorporating feedback from production and retail merchandising while adhering to the brand's margin objectives

Requirements

• Master's Degree in business, marketing, or related fields
• Minimum 7 years in collection merchandisign or product management, preferably in luxury, fashion, or jewellery
• Previous experience with management is a plus
• Proficiency in Powerpoint. Prior experience with Photoshop and PLM software is advantageous
• Capable of managing all aspects of product development and launches

You will serve as a Deputy Director of Admissions and be responsible for developing, coordinating and executing the Academy's marketing, communication, recruitment, and outreach plans under the umbrella of the Strategic Enrollment Management Plan with the goal or recruiting and selecting the best students to meet the compelling interests of the Coast Guard and Coast Guard Academy.

Being a Coast Guard civilian makes you a valuable member of the Coast Guard team. Typical work assignments include:

• Serving as a subject matter expert in the complex field of college admissions and directly responsible for developing, coordinating and executing the Academy's marketing, communication, recruitment, and outreach plans under the umbrella of the Strategic Enrollment Management Plan.
• Setting or helping to formulate strategic goals and operating procedures, budgeting, training and supervising staff, providing oversight for admissions events and activities, and leading assessment activities to meet annual enrollment goals.
• Managing all phases of planning and executing annual $3M budget as well as personnel management of the staff in the office.
• Making numerous presentations to both small and large audiences on a frequent basis including interested applicants, families, visitors, CGA Senior Leadership Team, CGA Board of Trustees and other Flag level officers as needed.
• Accomplishing work through the technical and administrative direction of others, including assigning and reviewing work, approving leave, and performing other supervisory functions.
