As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR policy development and implementation. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with company objectives and legal requirements
• Manage the full recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers
• Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
• Oversee performance management processes, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback and coaching to employees
• Collaborate with managers to identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role
