Our group, called Product and Sales Activation (PSA) brings products to market, and market to products. We sit at the junction of product, strategy, and go-to-market to shape the long term product roadmap, commercialize new products, and drive long term strategic initiatives. Our team is responsible to influence everyone, advertisers, partners and our colleagues about what Google can provide to make advertisers more successful and ensure that happens.

Qualifications

Job responsibilities

• Consult with promoters and customers to identify opportunities associated with potential business growth and develop holistic measurement solutions for their business and marketing challenges.
• Identify and build knowledge about the typical measurement solutions used by customers and agencies, and develop Google positioning for the market.
• Advise customer partners on methodologies for marketing and media analytics, measurement and attribution. Help customers navigate industry standards and alternatives.
• Work with Sales and Analytics teams to interpret, analyze and contextualize the results of different Google measurement solutions (e.g., incrementality studies) showing Google’s impact to customers.
• Partner with sales to effectively position Google results against the client's marketing objective as well as drive conversations about growth.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
• Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience influencing stakeholders to devise and scale a strategy.
• Experience influencing c-level executives, managers, and promoters both in and outside Google.
• Ability to understand and adapt to the motivations of different stakeholder groups.
• Ability to take complex, ambiguous topics, and present them in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional boundaries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, people management, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Job Description

Core Function:
The incumbent will assist in increasing the awareness and mindshare of the NUS Business School globally in support of driving more traffic from various key markets to the school.

Key responsibilities include:

• Create, manage and oversee the brand guidelines and assets across all touchpoints. As a brand custodian, it is also necessary to preserve the integrity of the NUS Business School brand and its narrative, in all applications.
• Coordinate and synergise the branding and publicity activities within the corporate communications department and possibly the across the other departments, if needed
• Develop and execute effective market specific branding and publicity initiatives and campaigns that support the school’s business objectives
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ideate possible initiatives that will elevate the school’s brand globally
• Monitor and analyze the performance of the various initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement

Other functions:

• Oversee the coordination of the NUS Business School Commencement Ceremony

Qualifications

• Tertiary Education preferably a degree in mass communication, new media, marketing or business
• Five years of proven working experience in executing branding and marketing communications campaigns
• Comprehensive understanding of the various mainstream and digital platforms and the know-how to integrate content and platforms for optimal audience engagement
• Good knowledge and practical skills in media planning and marketing analytics
• Adept at copywriting and customizing messages and visual assets for targeted marketing purposes. Strong proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
• Meticulous, proactive, creative and can think outside the box
• Team player and able to identify synergies with various departments within the school
• Strong ability to multitask, plan and manage projects, and adhere to project deadlines
• Proficient in Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite software packages and in-design skills will be an advantage

Job Responsibility:
Account Operations & Promotion:
• Manage and promote accounts on multiple social media platforms (e.g., WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
• Handle account growth, daily operations, and promotions by providing engaging content for followers.
Content Update & Maintenance:
• Responsible for daily content updates, including topic planning, content creation, copywriting, and formatting.
• Engage with followers to boost interaction and user growth.
• Respond to social media messages and drive traffic to private domains.
Writing & Analysis:
• Write English blog articles for websites, including content research, organization, formatting, and publishing.

Job Requirements:
• Familiar with both domestic and overseas media operations with strong online media acumen and quick learning ability.
• In-depth understanding of social media and online advertising industries.
• At least 1 year of experience in promoting on overseas social platforms. At least 2 year of Singapore domestic living experience.
• Strong independent creative abilities, writing, image editing, and data analysis skills; familiarity with digital marketing.

The role:

As a Senior Media Manager at our agency, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing media marketing strategies for our biggest client, a leading automotive brand, across the APAC region.

Process/Strategy

- Be our biddable media platform planning & activation expert (eg Google Ads, DV360, Facebook/IG, TikTok).

- Improve the current workflow & optimization processes.

- Work as both a leader and hands-on expert to assist junior team members with delivering results for clients.

Experience required:

· Minimum 6 years of work experience in a digital media and client servicing role.

· Strong technical understanding of Google Ads, Social, Programmatic planning, and implementation.

· Integrated media planning knowledge would be an added advantage (OOH, Radio, TV, etc.).

· Strong communicator - possesses excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

· Be a proactive self-starter and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.

· Team leadership and mentoring experience.

· Have strong organizational skills being able to manage multiple clients / projects at once.

· Be confident in analysing and acting on marketing data.
