1. Counsels Veterans, their dependents, and their beneficiaries regarding all benefits available through the Department of Veterans Affairs, as well as non-VA benefits available through other agencies.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conduct investigations and gather evidence related to theft/fraud or lost items, noise complaints, assault complaints, food poisoning complaints, and other guest complaints and incidents.
• Conduct interviews with relevant parties in order to obtain statements and information related to incidents.
• Assist with and notify manager/supervisor, local police, or other appropriate individuals in the event of accidents, attacks, or other incidents.

The IT Security Operations Analyst role’s is to safeguard the organization’s IT systems and data. This role requires the candidate's active participation in the implementation of security policies and procedures, the monitoring and analysis of security events and the maintenance of security tools.
