The purpose of a Compliance Liaison Officer is to provide support all compliance teams within the service and to be the first point of contact for all customers. The challenge of this role is to support customers to achieve high standards of regulatory and licencing compliance and maintain efficient delivery of service functions.

The day to day duties of the role will include:

• actively working as part of a team and support the delivery of Regulatory and Licensing frontline services via the process of a wide variety of administrative processes.

• interacting with a wide variety of customers such as those registering complaints for investigation, applying for licenses or services, registering business activities etc.

• processing and providing accurate information to customers and promoting the range of services and access channel options available to customers.

Occupational Health Advisor

Location: Portsmouth, Hampshire (Hybrid)

The Client:

Our client is a leading Healthcare Company, serving diverse sectors including aviation, construction, engineering, manufacturing, retail, utilities, and the emergency services.

The Role:

As an Occupational Health Advisor, you willprovide case management services for referrals related to attendance, fitness for work, and OH advice requests.

Duties:

- Conducting Health Surveillance, Audiometry, Spirometry, and Fitness for Work assessments.

- Delivering health education and promotion to clients.

- Managing cases both over the phone and in person, and producing high-quality management advice reports.

- Providing clinical supervision and support to less experienced team members.

- Empowering Occupational Health Nurse Advisors to expand their clinical activities by ensuring they receive appropriate training and updates, and monitoring relevant training programs.

- Assisting the Occupational Health Manager in advising, monitoring, and assessing the clinical practice of the Occupational Health team.

Requirements:

- Previously worked as an Occupational Health Advisor or in a similar role.

- Possess relevant qualification and experience.

- Strong clinical and communication skills.
