Major Duties and Responsibilities
Incumbent plans, designs and instructs a variety of group fitness classes for small and large groups. Participates in brainstorming sessions to develop programs, events and classes for a well-rounded physical fitness program. Keep up to date on the latest fitness trends and developments. Answers questions regarding programs offered through the Fitness Center and or other MWR Facilities/services available to the customer. • Provide full range of professional injury screening and prevention, evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment to maximize Soldier performance and improve unit readiness.
