To communicate complex and sensitive information and advice to patients and, as appropriate, their families, carers and professionals, including information about diagnosis and prognosis, to find ways of enabling the information to be understood, providing empathy and reassurance To support and enable ED and inpatient teams to undertake safe approaches to caring for individuals with mental health needs Deliver and support evaluation of workforce development in adult Mental Health to improve staff knowledge and skills across the organisation including active involvement of patients and mental health service users, ensuring the voice of these people is at the core of service development and delivery. Support the delivery of key quality and performance indicators and evidence impact relating to Mental Health approaches and care, including the experience of patients and families. Exclusive Education is looking to appoint an SEMH Teaching Assistant to work within a SEN school in St Helens. This role is for 5 days per week, is to start as soon as possible working full time. The role is to work with pupils in KS1 supporting with Social, Emotional and mental health needs and challenging behaviour.

The ideal candidate will have previous Teaching Assistant experience, working with pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health. As a Driver, you will:

• Collect and make deliveries by van or car to customers, driving 5.2T vehicles.

• Maintain accurate tachograph records and documentation.
