About the role
Are you passionate about making a difference in youth mental health? EACH is seeking a passionate Senior Mental Health Clinician to lead and deliver advanced psychological interventions within our YES Program.

You will play a crucial role in providing individual therapies (CBT, DBT, ACT), group treatments, and multidisciplinary team care to young individuals (12–18 years) facing severe mental health concerns. You will oversee service delivery, engage with local stakeholders, and ensure seamless integration of care plans using both face-to-face and digital modalities.

The post holder will act as a Parkinson’s Disease Nurse practitioner through strong clinical leadership andeffective management and will support primary care services within Neurology and Elderly Care Service in Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells Hospital NHS Trust and Kent Community Health Foundation NHS Trust to promote and deliver nurse excellence for adults with Parkinson’s Disease. This role requires a good level of competence, nursing expertise and evidence based clinical care and decision-making skills.

To be able to work autonomously in managing a defined caseload of adults with Parkinson’s under the supervision of Band 7 PD Nurse Specialist. We are seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join our Secondary Care Services based in Hillingdon and Hounslow dermatology clinics. They will facilitate referral to other services where appropriate but will support and work with colleagues in schools and Wellbeing partnership boards to manage children and young people’s needs without specialist referral whenever possible.

It is desirable for the post holder to have successfully completed supervision training or be willing to successfully undertake and successfully complete the CYP-IAPT supervisory training course if appropriate and if this training becomes available.

To work as a senior member of the Early Intervention in Psychosis Service and support the organisation in effectively delivering Nice Concordant Early Intervention in Psychosis Service to all appropriate referrals Providing specialist Early Intervention consultation/liaison and advice to colleagues Contributing and undertaking specialist Early Intervention assessments for those referred to the service with suspected psychosis and/or At Risk Mental State. The Wellbeing in Mind Senior EMHP plays a key role in: Forming strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders Providing consultation to education colleagues and supporting education settings to embed a whole school approach to wellbeing Developing and delivering evidence-based time limited interventions to young people within education settings Developing and delivering training packages to education colleagues Evidencing the outcomes of the Wellbeing in Mind service Providing clinical supervision to trainee Education and Mental Health Practitioners. Are you a born leader, passionate about mental health and ready to drive meaningful change? We are excited to announce that we are recruiting into the position of Team Leader for the Enhanced Adult Complex and Severe Mental Health Service, a collaborative initiative between EACH and Health Voyage.

As the Team Leader, you will spearhead the implementation of an enhanced model of care for clients referred through the Primary Mental Health Program. This pivotal role involves establishing robust clinical governance systems, integrating existing mental health nurse staff into the new care model, and developing comprehensive supervision and support structures for new team members. You will be working closely with senior staff, including the consultant psychiatrist, senior Health Voyage staff, and the Service Manager, while also holding a negotiated clinical caseload.
