About the role

Search Consultancy are supporting a commercial drone retailer company to recruit for a 12- month FTC Finance Assistant at their office in Leeds City Centre.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an individual who is looking to get experience in both ledgers and has an enthusiasm for Finance.

The role will consist of daily bank reconciliations including multi-currency transactions, credit control and cash allocations with weekly production of debtor lists, ledger account balancing and manual journal entries, assisting with VAT returns, management accounts and cash flow, and accurately processing invoices in financial accounting systems whilst assisting with facilities management.

To be considered for this role you will ideally need to have AAT qualification or qualified by experience of at least 1 year. You will need to have great interpersonal skills, high energy and love a challenge in a fast paced environment.

The role is starting up to £28,000. This will be working from the Office in Leeds City Centre on full time hours of 38.5 hours a week with some great benefits.

The Finance and Planning Directorate in NHS England is looking for talented, and highly motivated people to join the Transformation Directorate Business Partner team as a Manager of Finance and Planning Business Partnering in Financial Planning and Analysis.

· Part Qualified Professional Finance Qualifications (CCAB/CIMA or Equivalent)

· Experience of effectively using financial planning, analysis, forecasting and communication skills to deliver a single source of the truth.

· Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, Oracle, Power BI, or other budgeting, analysis and reporting software.

· Good attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with internal controls and governance rules.

· Ability to interpret complex financial data, think strategically, and deliver insightful analysis.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting financial information clearly.

· Monitoring changes in budgets and forecasts.

A rare opportunity has arisen in the North East and Yorkshire Regional team within NHS England for a Director of Finance.
