Job Description

We are looking to hire a skilled CNC programmer to operate and maintain our CNC equipment. As a CNC programmer, you will read and interpret technical blueprints, input the design specifications, adjust the machine cutting paths, and perform quality checks on the final product. You may also be required to perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.

To ensure success as a CNC Programmer, you should have extensive experience working in manufacturing, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work unsupervised. Ultimately, a top-class CNC programmer works quickly and efficiently, ensuring all products meet the specifications of the client.

Responsibilities

• Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models.
• Loading raw materials into the CNC machine.
• Inputting the product design into the computer modelling software.
• Choosing and loading the correct cutting tools for the job.
• Adjust machine settings to the desired product specifications.
• Create CNC program for new development projects, typically direct from a drawing.
• Calculate and write programs for CNC work centres to fabricate component parts to stated engineering specifications.
• Works independently to troubleshoot and resolve problems concerning machining operations, tools, materials and CNC programs.
• Perform detailed analysis of the component parts configuration/dimensions to determine the most efficient machining operations required for production.
• Troubleshooting issues during the manufacturing process.
• Completing quality control tests during the manufacturing stage and on the final product.
• Insert computer programs into CNC work centres, set and adjust machine speeds and feeds, modify programs and document changes as required.      

Requirements

• Professional Certificate or Diploma in Engineering field or related courses.
• Minimum 2 years experience in CNC programming.
• Candidates with hands on experience with CNC Milling operations are preferred.
• Candidates who are familiar with Mastercam and Gibbscam will have added advantage.
• Must be able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Must be able to use Microsoft Office.

• Make on-the-spot decisions and commitments to avoid delays in construction.

• Coordinates with Operations and Programs Flight on energy-related operations and maintenance activities.
• Plans and executes energy-related facility projects. Prepares statements of work (SOW) for energy-related projects. Provides technical review of design calculations, cost estimates, analysis, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and to ensure technical aspects meet and maintain acceptability and reliability.

• Responsible for facility planning to include the development, maintenance, interpreting, modifying and adapting standards guides.
• Develop scopes of work and specifications for projects.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, civil, electrical and mechanical materials/installation for large and small contracts.
• Serve as a Contractor Officer Representative for assigned projects.

• Operates one or more types of heavy gasoline or diesel powered engineering and construction equipment
• Operates motor grader on flat or rolling terrain where exact specifications are required in grading unpaved roads for surfacing with clay and gravel
• Drives various vehicles (e.g., utility truck or similar vehicle (primarily under 10,000 gross vehicle weight) to and from the work site
• Operates close to buildings, trees, drop-offs, rocks, or other obstructions on all types of terrain and therefore, requiring increased operating control relevant to the complexity of the equipment
• Operates crawler type and mobile truck cranes to move earth, dig ditches and for other operations where maneuverability if not a major problem and accuracy is not critical

• Provide technical, analytical, and program maintenance management services in support of the Technology Development Directorate’s Flight Test Division. This includes technical problem solving via troubleshooting of complex aircraft systems.
• Responsible for all aspects of aircraft maintenance for flight test program supporting research programs involving the experimental flight testing of emerging aviation technologies on rotary-wing, fixed-wing and unmanned aircraft systems.

We are seeking a skilled Yield Integrator to join our dynamic team. The Yield Integrator will play a crucial role in optimizing and driving production End to End yield and ensuring the quality of our NAND memory products. This role requires a strong understanding on yield computation and ability to drive action towards meeting the goals. Background in coding, SQL  along with the ability to maintain web services and knowledge in SPOTFIRE will be an added advantage.
