In the Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD) delivery team we are looking for delivery management specialists with a passion for nurturing customer relationships, championing high quality throughout presales and delivery, aligning delivery to successful customer outcomes, whilst maintaining a healthy portfolio and project management team. This opportunity will allow you to accelerate your career growth, honing your industry and cloud expertise as well as developing deeper practice management skills.
Responsibilities
- Account Delivery Management – You will support strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the customer portfolio, often as part of a steering committee, to ensure service delivery is on. Support new customer opportunities in partnership with Sales with highly significant or global impacts.
- Relationship Development - You will manage customer relationships across a set of assigned customer accounts, driving intentional customer conversations to nurture deeper relationships and progress opportunities. Collaborate across internal stakeholders for strategic alignment, risk and issues management and act as a customer Executive Steerco member.
- Presales and Contracting - You will partner with pursuit teams ensuring high quality in deal and contract constructs, aligning Consulting Project Managers for input to ensure deals sold can be successfully delivered. You will understand customer and subcontractor obligations, review and approve original contracts and subsequent change requests. Acts as an escalation point should the contract not be of the required quality.
- Delivery Management – You will oversee a Consulting Project Manager delivery team, modelling our values, coaching and caring for your team, driving delivery excellence, maturity and quality, at times directly managing customer programs.
- Portfolio Management – You will oversee a broad portfolio of complex accounts, supporting management and assurance of the all-up delivery of consulting engagements. You will oversee a broad portfolio of deliveries managed or supported by Consulting Project Managers, review portfolio health, ensuring methodologies, processes, tools and standards are consistently leveraged, intervening to course correct and remediating challenged engagements as necessary.
- Monitoring and Controlling - You will establish governance rhythms over your portfolio of customer engagements, conduct Project Health Reviews and manage business Key Performance Indicators to agreed standards, stepping in to remediate where necessary. You may be positioned as an Executive Steerco Member on customer engagements.
- Business Growth - You will manage all aspects of the financial health of your portfolio, driving incremental business growth by recognizing opportunities, maximizing cloud growth and providing input into strategic account plans. Recognizing strategic opportunities, create a shared vision with key stakeholders to shape sustainable growth for customer accounts.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications (RQs)
- Bachelor's Degree in related field AND 6+ years experience in consulting/professional services delivery, project management, practice management, or related fieldOR equivalent experience
- 3+ years people management experience
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
- Bachelor's Degree in related field AND 12+ years experience in consulting/professional services delivery, project management, or practice management, or leading portfolio management, complex programs, or revenue-driven (e.g., $10 million +) programsOR equivalent experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- 2+ years consulting, professional services, or related financial management experience (e.g., cost management, revenue forecasting)
- Agile certification, Scrum Master, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Professional Scrum Master One (PSM1) certificationCertification in relevant industry
