we’re looking for a property administrator to join us on our continuous journey of true nourishment
purpose |
assisting predominately the estates manager to manage the property portfolio, the property administrator will provide efficient and accurate administrative duties for the day-to-day management of the portfolio
key accountabilities |
- to provide proactive, efficient, and effective property administration support to the Head of estates + acquisitions and estates manager as required
- to undertake the preparation and/or updating of schedules, spreadsheets and documents as required
- inputting information into databases that the property team use
- managing co-ordination of information between estate, accounts and any other required internal and external teams
- updating wider departments and external stakeholders of changes to the property portfolio where necessary
- review legal documents and advise on position/responsibility
- assisting the property team to pull together information on new properties in the portfolio
- Checking and approving property related invoices for sites on the internal system (Medius)
- arranging all inspections for properties
- dealing directly with tenants and landlords
- managing the sub-let portfolio to include communicating with tenants, dealing with any rent arrears, marketing vacant sites should they become vacant
- managing the service charge administration
- dealing with applications and renewals for pavement licenses across the estate including liaising with the appointed solicitor and internal hq and restaurant teams
- such other tasks as required from time to time to support the property team

key skills + role requirements |
- ability to work without supervision in a confident manner to support the head of estates + acquisitions and the wider property team
- excellent written and oral communication skills
- excellent time management and organisational skills
- must be proactive and able to use own initiative and possess a flexible attitude to the workload
- the ability to review legal documents (preferable)
- excellent at excel, powerpoint and Word
- Previous experience working within property management (preferable)
- knowledge of property leases (preferable)
