An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised, enthusiastic and creative marketing and communications professional to join Capel Manor College as the Marketing and Communications Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for the organisation and will support in the implementation of marketing and communications activities for the College and its subsidiary businesses across Greater London.
The Marketing and Communications Coordinator at Capel Manor College plays an important role in the organisation, creation and management of engaging marketing and communications content across a range of platforms. The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent with a minimum of two years’ experience in marketing and communications, ideally in Further/Higher Education. They will possesses excellent oral and written communication skills with keen attention to detail. They will demonstrate strong administrative, organisational, and time management abilities, will excel in building positive relationships across all levels and function well both independently and as part of a team. The candidate will have a solid understanding of current marketing and communications best practices and their flexibility, responsiveness, and commitment will make them a valuable addition to the marketing team.

About the role:

The Senior Examinations Officer - Exams fulfils a key role, taking responsibility both as an individual and as a team member for all aspects of exam administration in liaison with stakeholders who include teaching and administrative staff colleagues, senior management, awarding body contacts and inspectors, students and parents.

HRUC (Harrow, Richmond and Uxbridge Colleges) is a merged College Group, based in West London. We have five campuses at Harrow on the Hill, Harrow Weald, Hayes, Uxbridge and Richmond upon Thames.
We are going through a period of growth and we are looking for a driven, energetic and passionate Business Development Consultant with a strong background in Apprenticeships to sell learner training solutions to levy paying Employers on a nationwide basis. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth for our apprenticeships division, by expanding our employer base across the UK.
We are seeking someone who:
• Has a proven track record of a consultative approach in sales within the education sector, focusing on apprenticeships
• Has a genuine interest in helping others succeed through education and training
• Is a dynamic collaborator and a solution orientated salesperson
You will need to possess a driving licence and the use of your own personal transport as this post will involve travelling across the UK. This role can involve some hybrid/remote working, to be discussed and agreed on appointment.

Learning Resource Facilitator £24,2417.64 - £26,187.43 including London Weighting Allowance per annum (Pro Rata of £28,325.00 - £30,378.00 per annum including London Weighting Allowance)Full Time, Term Time OnlyYou will be supporting students and staff in our Learning Resources Centres Job Responsibilities To contribute to the efficient and effective operation of the Learning Resource Centres and to work as part of a team providing effective support for students and staff. To carry out counter duties, including using a computerised system to issue and discharge materials. To assist users in researching and retrieving information from the Learning Resource Centre’s paper-based and computerised resources. To promote the Learning Resources service to students and staff. Support students to behave in a manner which does not prevent other students from learning. Person Specification Good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. Ability to communicate with students and staff, both orally and in writing. Ability to work under pressure, organise own work and meet deadlines Ability to work as part of a team and relate to, and work cooperatively with other teams across the College Understanding of and commitment to the UCG Equality and Diversity Policy, together with practical ideas for implementation in this post. You will be required to work some evenings and occasional Saturdays.
