all inbound materials and product safely and securely ensuring all materials stored on site are done so without risk to persons or
property and will ensure records and paperwork is well managed, accurate and kept up to date

* Ensure 100% adherence to Health and Safety and COSHH procedures, identifying non-conformance and risks and reporting these to
the line manager
* Follow all agreed operational and company processes and procedures and, where possible, identify areas of improvement and
report as such to the line manager or member of SHEQ Department.
* Ensure all vehicles are unloaded/ reloaded with returns and stillages in line with suppliers and productions requirements.

We are looking for a Production Setter to join our busy and growing organisation. The Production Setter will ensure the most
efficient running of the assets within their area assigned through the effective setting, monitoring and maintenance for which
they are responsible.




Key Responsibilities:

* Sharing responsibility for ensuring safety within operations are paramount, ensuring a safe working environment by identifying
non-conformance and risks and reporting these to the Team Leader and/or Line Management.
* Set, operate, and troubleshoot the assets through technical knowledge and competence.
* Input data into the PC – works orders and part specifications to ensure correct set up for manufacture.
* Fault find on daily generic issues, escalating complex faults through the maintenance reporting systems.
* Inspection of production first offs to ensure rejects are not passed on through the process.
* Follow production schedules as per SAP, working to works orders priorities and due dates.
* To operate all machine controls, which are a combination of mechanical, push button and computer key/touch pads.
* Complete, in a timely, accurate, manner the following daily documentation: Daily activity reports, guard check documentation,
quality control report, and any other production related reports.
* To train and mentor operators on safe working processes and procedures.
* Ensure scrap is recorded and segregated in line with procedures.
* To be able participate in Team Based Maintenance plus general maintenance of the machinery and equipment.
* Record any scrap on the system.







Required experience/skills/qualifications:

* Experience of working with metal forming techniques.

* Computer literate.

The ideal candidate could have design or technical experience in construction, steel fabrication, pallet racking, shelving or

successful candidate will receive comprehensive training to understand the complex detail of our products and how best to create a
design. This could be a great development opportunity for someone with previous Engineering and CAD experience. The role will
involve designing storage solutions to meet our customer’s needs using a variety of components we manufacture or externally
source. Working with the sales team to create the optimum solution using our inhouse design tools and CAD this is an ideal role
for someone looking to develop a career in bespoke engineering solutions. There are periodic opportunities to visit site and see

* Track orders and work closely with the provisioning team to ensure customer deliveries are right first time.
* Be able to identify when an order needs to be escalated internally based on risk of failing first time delivery.

Key responsibilities:

* To ensure product is picked, packed and labelled correctly as per customer orders and made ready for dispatch.
* Data entry into SAP, and extraction of data from SAP and the warehouse management systems.

The role will involve ensuring the design team are offering an excellent service level to all indirect and direct customers. The
design team have a direct influence on our sales success therefore effective leadership of the design team is required to ensure
we maximise our sales through accurate interpretation of customers’ requirements, effective communication at all stages, quality
information and speed of response.





Key responsibilities:



* Allocating quotes and orders to an appropriate designer within your team based on skill
* set and capacity to achieve return dates.
* Manage the resource and workload regularly to update sales, customers and project
* managers of progress.
* Checking of quotes and orders for accuracy prior to submission.
* Managing re quotes and customer changes effectively to ensure accuracy throughout the
