• Prepare Quality inspection reports and supporting documents
• Filling, scanning of customer drawing/ inspection reports
• Assist in all paperwork regarding QC department
• Ensure all inspection reports are accurate and supporting documents are updated
• Ensure only calibrated and validated equipment/measurement devices are used in inspection processes
• Report any non-conformance detected during the inspection process

Requirements:

• Ability to interpret technical drawings
• Preferably with some experience specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalents

Job Description

· Able to work on quench and temper and plasma nitriding machine

· Recommend appropriate heat treatment methods based on material specifications and desired outcomes.
