As a member of the Business Operations branch of Corporate IT, the IT Mobile Asset Management Associate is part of the team responsible for the lifecycle of user assets needed by our 22,000 global end users. Reporting to Visa's Director of IT Asset Management, this role’s primary focus is with inventory data maintenance.  As a business office function, this role has significant impact on the day to day success of the overall transformational journey of Corporate IT. Essential Functions

Operational

Managing the refresh of assets for their assigned region

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The IT Service Management (ITSM) group within the Employee Enablement Solutions team (EES) at Visa is seeking a Service Manager with excellent communication skills, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to work autonomously. This role involves driving excellence across all employee-facing technology services, simplifying and optimizing IT services, and promoting a service culture focused on the employee experience. 

The standard working hours for this role currently are from 5:00 pm to 2:00 am, local Manila time. When the work necessitates it, you may be required to work outside of the prescribed work hours.  Visa reserves the right to adjust the standard working hours in future based on the business requirements

The candidate will assist with organizational change initiatives at Visa, such as business process and technology modifications, concentrating on the people side of change. The primary responsibility is to aid the change manager in developing and implementing plans to increase employee adoption of new tools and processes and reduce resistance to changes.

• Provide administrative and logistical support for change management projects
• Assist in the coordination of change management project and sponsor meetings, presentations, training sessions , office hours, and other meetings and events
• Help in gathering data for impact analyses and readiness assessments
• Support the development of communications materials
• Participate in the tracking and reporting of change management activities
• Assist in the engagement and community management of change champion networks across the organization
• Support the development of reports and presentations on the progress and outcomes of change management initiatives
