• Diligently work with Product, Engineering and Testing teams to gain understanding of Product functions.
• Review Product Requirements including Epics, User stories, User Requirements, Software Requirements etc.
• Author test cases in OQ and PQ protocols in line with the requirements and QMS guidelines
• Create realistic test cases and test data based on customer usage scenarios.

This position encompasses all the elements of UI design with a special emphasis on creating a functional design system, which also includes drawing on user research. Our design team ideates solutions, structures information hierarchies, and lays out concepts. This also includes creating UI mockups and prototypes and polishing the aesthetics of the UI. All this is done across rapid iterations in response to user testing.  

The Sr. UI Designer will be responsible for playing a vital role in driving the UI/UX initiatives and collaborating with the UX designer, product, and engineering teams, and report to the Senior Director of UX.  

Responsibilities

Design 

• Translate wireframes into eye-popping designs, mockups, icons, and images that lead to intuitive user experiences on mobile, web, and IoT platforms. 
• Play a vital role in creating the functional Design System for our entire product ecosystem. 
• Apply platform UI style requirements such as material design, iOS Human Interface Guidelines, etc., and document and maintain UI style standards. 
• Design and produce visual assets such as icons, illustrations, and photos as required.

We are looking for an experienced database architect who could join our engineering team to build the next-gen applications for our global customers. Responsibilities:

Database Development:

• Design and construct efficient, scalable, and large database solutions for SaaS products.
• Design database applications, such as interfaces, data transfer mechanisms, global temporary tables, data partitions, and function-based indexes to enable efficient access to the generic database structure.
• Design strategies for enterprise database systems and set standards for operations, programming, and security.
• Identify and correct deviations from database development standards.
• Document and communicate database schemas, using accepted notations.

• Familiarity with tools related to data migration, data warehousing, data modeling, data integration, and database design is preferred.
• Working knowledge of GIT, Jira, and version control of database scripts and configurations.

We are looking to have a HR Coordinator join our HR team at ValGenesis India. You will play a critical role in supporting the seamless functioning of the HR team in India. Your primary responsibility will be to execute HR operational activities to ensure the smooth flow of processes that support the overall employee lifecycle. You will be a key contributor to the efficiency and effectiveness of our HR operations.  

Responsibilities

• Act as the initial HR point of contact for ValGenesis India employees, answering employee requests and questions. 
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HR system (HiBob). 
• Administering various employee benefits programs, such as group insurance, employee provident fund, and employee state insurance. 
• Serve as the onboarding point of contact for new hires and support new employees' transition into ValGenesis.
