success that spans nearly 50 years. Unipart Logistics (UL) is running the new, custom-built Jaguar Land Rover Global Parts
Logistics Centre at Appleby Magna in Leicestershire. The operation is housed at Jaguar Land Rover’s new Mercia Park campus, one
of the largest UK warehouse developments for a single customer.

As our Warehouse Systems Manager you will play a critical role in implementing and maintaining the Warehouse Management System
within our warehouse. You’ll serve as the lead for the systems team on-site, bridging the gap between business requirements and
IT solutions. Your expertise will be essential in managing incidents, co-ordinating UAT, and providing guidance to optimal system
usage by the operation.

As part of your key responsibilities you’ll look after:

* Change Implementation: Lead the implementation of Systems change within our warehouse facility, ensuring seamless integration
and alignment with business processes
* Business-IT Liaison: Act as the Senior point of contact between business stakeholders and the IT team, translating business
needs into technical requirements
* Opportunity Identification: Collaborate with business units to identify areas for improvement through system changes and
process enhancements
* Complex Change Design: Work closely with IT teams to design and implement complex changes to the Warehouse Management System
* Incident Management: Provide leadership and management to ensure Incidents are resolved in a timely manner with limited impact
to the Operation
* System Optimization: Advise business users on best practices for utilising the WMS effectively
* System Health: Active monitoring of critical System processes and timely resolution of issues identified

As Carrier Service Delivery Manager you will develop effective relationships with both carriers and customers to advance the
provision of transport management services for the customer.



As part of your key responsibilities you’ll:

* Ensure there is a mechanism in place to measure OTIF on a monthly basis - including overall OTIF and FTHR
* Understand customer KPI targets and setting performance measurements for carriers
* Manage carriers to the KPI measures in place and implement corrective actions when necessary
* Provide information to the finance team to support the budgeting process, managing to the agreed budget of the transport
services on behalf of the client
* Act as a point of escalation for issues that arise in the management of transport services
* Work closely with MPC, understand and approve outbound delivery plans, and liaise with carriers direct to ensure collections
are pulled on time
* Apply continuous improvement methodology in the transport management operations to deliver service and cost improvement

As a Customer Engagement Manager at Unipart Logistics you will play a key part in supporting and developing customer
relationships. You will work in conjunction with the Operations Director / Contract General Manager to support and coordinate
relevant functions of the business to meet the agreed customer Joint Vision.




As part of your key responsibilities you’ll:

* Implement and sustain the Customer Engagement System including development of the strategic account plan and management of the
various governance processes that ensures the overall experience of the customer and their customers are met and exceeded
throughout the contract and beyond
* Support the customer to maintain competitive advantage through its operations and services in the short, medium and long term
* Understand at a strategic level the customers business and its potential challenges and opportunities, and so further
strengthening the relationship and validating the client’s perception of the value provided by UL
* Identify initiatives, re-engineering, deployment of new products or implementation of specific projects that enhance the
service offerings to the customer and so maximise efficiency and improve the overall customer experience, doing so with our

are thoroughly explored with the customer and when required inviting into the discussion our business development colleagues /
other Unipart Group colleagues to take those potential opportunities forwards into winning new business
* Ensure plans to maintain profitability through the life of the contract whilst meeting the client’s needs to reduce costs,
leading the optimisation of mutual financial benefit through innovation and driving continuous improvement
* Ensure the delivery of the service for the customer exceeds expectations and underpinned with robust and effective working
relationships
* Work with the appropriate teams to ensure robust IT systems and infrastructure requirements are maintained and developed in

About the Job

As Head of Stock Quality and Material Flow, you will be responsible for all elements of stock and space management within the new
Mercia warehouses. You will lead site stock teams and support the operation in meeting and exceeding our KPIs in order to drive
world class service to our customers through the implementation of Unipart logistics stock excellence and storage principles. You
will provide subject matter expertise to support the business in reducing stock risk through a period of transformation.



As part of your key responsibilities you’ll:

* Lead site stock teams to ensure stock risks on site are effectively mitigated
* Ensure risks are managed and mitigated through projects and process improvements
* Identify and deliver initiatives that reduce costs and/or improve the customer experience through greater stock control and

* Be responsible for the timely coordination of the inbound and outbound movement of parts across the world to and from our
Mercia Park site via land, sea and air.
* Work in conjunction with the carrier, warehouse operations and transport teams to compile and ensure the timely and accurate

* Manage carrier freight movements in conjunction with the contractual SLAs and accurately report on the carrier’s performance
against those SLAs.

* Support inbound and outbound transportation activity on-site as required, and process shipments to ensure that the expected
