Your team

You’ll be working as part of the Security department within Technology Services. Within Security, you’ll be part of a global Access Management team and responsible for all aspects of production support. The team provides 24x7 support with a follow the sun operating model. Some shift work is to be expected.

Your expertise

• minimum of 5 years of experience in Access Management/ Security IT (eg, Sun/Oracle IDM, Sailpoint)
• sound understanding of Unix, Windows & Database queries
• knowledge of web and application servers (Apache/IIS/Tomcat/WebSphere)
• ability to work under pressure and manage multiple, concurrent / conflicting priorities
• automation/ application development experience, understanding of Agile or any other SDLC methodology would be advantageous
• good understanding of ITIL Service Operations process such as Incident Management, Request fulfilment, Problem Management
• preferable tools knowledge: Putty, TOAD
• preference would be given to candidate who has also worked on Sun/Oracle IDM, Sailpoint, Splunk, Omada, AppDynamics, IPSoft

• align with the Operations team in the rollout and support the day-to-day query globally

You will be part of the APAC Touchpoint Development team based in Singapore or Hong Kong; working with developers and business across in Singapore and Switzerland

Your expertise

• 10+ years of experience as a business analyst for banking industry, preferably with client messaging platform experience
• experienced in agile project delivery
• strong analytical sense that interpret a set of technical requirements (you know what they really want)
• excellent communication skills, able to manage across different stakeholder segments located in Switzerland and APAC
• worked with vendor software package and able to negotiate on their work priority
• strong ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted working relationships
• solid technical background and able to prepare database scripts and simple coding logic
