37 Hours a week - Term time only plus staff training days and two weeks during the summer exam results - (Flexibility on working hours during exam periods is necessary) - Permanent

We are seeking to appoint a strong Administrator to support the Examinations Officer in a range of administrative duties and general running of the Examinations Office.

You will need to have experience of working in a busy office setting, have an eye for detail, be proactive and used to taking initiative. You should be a team player, but also able to work on your own initiative when needed.

Experience of ICT is essential (Microsoft packages). Knowledge of SIMs is desirable, but not essential. You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

34.5 Hours per week, 8.30am to 4.30pm - Monday and Thursday, 8.30am to 3.30pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday (no flexibility with start or finish times) - Term time only plus inset days.

Teaching Assistants work as part of a team providing care and learning experiences for our pupils encouraging them to develop to the best of their potential. Additionally, you will work closely with the Class Lead and deputise for them when they are not in class.
