Developing and continuously improving our guardrails relating to our Release activities is a key part of this role, a growth mindset is essential to support driving forward our Release Chapter as we strive to increase our capability to land our strategic objectives. Ensuring successful implementation of our structured software releases you will be an expert collaborating closely with Feature Teams, Service Management, IT counterparts, and 3rd parties to ensure a successful delivery, throughout all aspects of the end-to-end software Release cycle. The Senior Cloud Engineer is a crucial role within the Cloud Operations Team, focused on the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure and services on the Azure and AWS Cloud Platforms respectively. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of cloud-based solutions, including compute, storage, networking, and security components. You will lead the response to incidents related to AWS resources and Azure resources, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence. What you’ll bring

Our Tagging Implementation team sits within the Website and Mobile Management team. Together, we’re responsible for delivering seamless customer experiences on journeys within TSB website and mobile app, in line with the Bank’s strategy and commercial objectives.

As the Marketing Manager for Tagging Implementation, you’ll take ownership in ensuring TSB is able to track and measure how customers interact with the TSB website and mobile app managing the end-to end tagging process from request to deployment. This includes the integration of various digital tools to support the Digital and Marketing strategy. You will also be responsible for auditing and reviewing the deployment of tags, ensuring that PECR compliance is upheld. You will lead a team of Tag Analysts/Assistant Managers, managing the day-to-day priorities and supporting their development.
What you'll bring
- Experience with Tag Management tools (preferably Tealium IQ) and data layer creation and management
