The Role You'd Play:

We are seeking an inspiring and motivated leader who will lead approximately 10 dialysis centers throughout our Hospital Programs throughout the Greater Los Angeles market, 200 teammates and provide oversight of operations with complete accountability for approximately $30-$50MM P&L. As a Regional Operations Director (ROD), you'll provide strategic and tactical leadership, counsel, and direction to the field management of those assigned facilities to ensure safe, efficient, therapeutic and ethical patient care.

Additionally, this position identifies and develops strategic growth opportunities, monitors division performance, and works closely with Divisional Vice President or SVP to develop competitive strategies in alignment with DaVita’s mission and values. Position has budget and P&L accountability. This position is a key member of DaVita’s field management team.

Some specific examples include:

As the Technology Director Talent Acquisition, you will be accountable for delivering on the following:

• lead all tech initiatives and support across the TA tech stack, including, but not limited to, workflow creation and updates, system fields, implementation and integrations, user groups/access, new users, user dashboards, reporting, user training, system and process documentation, and more.
• Leverage data insights for talent acquisition strategy (inclusive of our technology and processes) with a continuous improvement mindset, proactively identify improvement opportunities and lead the execution.
• Generate and implement innovative solutions and an understanding of how to take programs from ideation to execution.
• Ability to parse out technology challenges vs. process challenges and efficiently come up with successful solutions
• React to shifting priorities to meet business needs and advise on best practices related to optimizing TA functionality and effectiveness.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Strategy / Problem Solving

• Design, implement and administer operating strategies – with an ability to allocate resources and time in a manner commensurate with expected value
• Research, analyze, review, document, communicate and rationalize capabilities and value of IT in alignment with IT strategy and manage expectation for IT demand and services to meet business needs
• In collaboration with CenIT and the business, ensure governance and compliance with legislation, DaVita policies and procedures, and overall IT strategy in the execution of project portfolios and capability roadmap realization, and measure quality and business value of IT investments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure an answer-first and teammate centered approach

Project management

• Monitor metrics, track progress of initiatives, and prepare presentations for senior management
• Regularly apprise the Talent Acquisition leadership team on project status and variations from schedule or scope
• Scope, plan and execute multiple, often quick-turnaround projects with minimal assistance
• Advocate and lead business process focus by ensuring IT is integrated in the day-to-day working and decision-making of the business utilizing various tools such as mapping, modeling, workflow analysis, gap analysis, use cases and blueprinting

Leadership and collaboration

• Build relationships within the People Services organization and across diverse departments

Qualifications

• BA required; MBA or advanced degree (MHA, MPH, MD, PhD) highly preferred
• Minimum 4-6 years related IT and/or consulting work experience managing complex IT projects in medium to large size matrix corporate environments preferred
• Strong experience working with a variety of talent acquisition technologies (ATS, HRIS, CRM, sourcing tools, etc.)
• Ability to identify and analyze data to develop strategic recruiting solutions
• Strong project management skills, can objectively collect/assess requirements and scope of work
• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand data trends and make recommendations based on data analysis

Duties and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Director, Finance to lead the FP&A team within the Home National Team (HNT), which, along with our operating partners in the field, has P&L responsibility for the nearly $2 billion revenue home dialysis business across the U.S.

Director, Business Development

This teammate will need be accountable for a portfolio across Northern California to Alaska.

Our Business Development “Team Pegasus” partners with Operations and other teams to build and execute growth plans in assigned geographic markets and in addition, identifies and develops strategic growth opportunities for innovative relationships and leads successful expansion of existing relationship. As the Director, Business Development you will direct strategic new business and ensures existing and incremental priority hospital, health system and accountable provider relationships are maintained. In this role, you work with Health Systems, Hospitals, and Accountable Care Organizations in collaboration with DaVita internal teams, to develop Value-Based Care and core kidney care relationships. This role, reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Development, is based remotely but the ideal candidate is based within proximity of the market comprised in Northern California.  Additionally, requires >30-50% of time externally with partners and internal team meetings.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Based in SC, GA or FL this position will lead key strategic business initiatives for the Endeavor Operating Group. In this role, you will be joining the senior leadership team to lead strategy for a $3B business and operations of 400 dialysis clinics and report to Endeavor Group Vice President.

As a thought partner to our senior team, you will be a strategic leader for field operators and as an internal consultant. This position is responsible for driving strategic and operational initiatives. Representative projects include development of the 3-year strategic plan, decision making around capital deployment, identification of new market opportunities and development of new models of collaboration in existing markets. The Director will join a team of highly motivated individuals and, at this level in our organization, our leadership ranks consist of ex-consultants, military leaders, investment bankers and hospital C-suite executives.

DaVita Kidney Care operates or provides administrative services at 2816 outpatient dialysis centers located in the United States serving approximately 200,000 patients. The company also operates 321 outpatient dialysis centers located in 10 countries outside the United States

Essential Duties

Strategic Process

• Play a key role in the development of operating group's 3-year strategy
• Develop metrics and track the progress of the group's strategy
• Develop "game-changing" insights that lead to differential growth
• Ensuring accountability and follow-through of action items among operators

Growth Strategy

• Play point on all growth-related initiatives, including DeNovo identification and approvals, clinic utilization management and supporting insurance growth
• Lead quarterly strategy sessions with divisional leadership teams
• Act as a strategic thought partner with GVP and divisional teams to evaluate opportunities

Special Projects

• Drive the strategic process on internal consulting projects within the Group and other business units
• Responsible for developing the hypothesis and analysis framework
• Drive the work of multi-disciplinary teams
• Lead the presentation and recommendation of action steps

 Executive Communications

• Prepare executive-level presentations to share with leadership including COO, President, and CEO
• Responsible for synthesizing numerous sources of data and key analysis and translating into specific actions

• +5 years of work experience in management/strategy consulting, investment banking, or in an analytical or strategic role (or equivalent experience)
