Communications Coordinator
DaVita’s internal communications team, which is part of the larger corporate communications team, is a high-energy, entrepreneurial group who oversees the internal editorial strategy and analytics, and manages an array of communications channels that target the company’s more than 61,000 teammates in the United States.
We are currently seeking a motivated Communications Coordinator to join our force. This individual will support key internal communications functions and projects, and have a direct, meaningful impact on the experience of our teammates. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone comfortable with and adept in basic project coordination, and will oftentimes coordinate several projects simultaneously with supervision. Strong oral and written communications skills required.
Communications Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and executing high-visibility communications projects.
- Proofing, copy editing and writing a variety of internal communications.
- Planning, scheduling and distributing communications across various channels, such as the intranet, email, organization-wide calls and more.
- Supporting maintenance and functioning of DaVita’s intranet through daily oversight of platform communications and operations.
- Partnering and collaborating with various teams across the Village to support their internal communications needs.
- Supporting execution of Town Halls and large group meetings.
- Working on other projects to support the business as they arise.

- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Familiarity with Associated Press Style
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience preferred.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of communications experience or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SharePoint
- Project management or content scheduling experience
About the Position
This is an hourly position, located in DaVita’s World Headquarters building in Denver, CO. This position will report directly to the Communications Director.

Salary/ Wage Range
$17.50 - $30.00 / hour
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
