What You’ll Do:

1. Attending to queries coming in through common mailbox
2. Assigning applications to officers for processing
3. Process applications and create notifications in system for HDB projects
4. Conduct meter tagging in system
5. Liaise on procurement and invoicing matters in EI
6. Collation of statistics for KPI report
7. Generation and sending out of appointment and acceptance letters

What You’ll Do:

Operations

• Manage and supervise team of call / chat agents and provide leadership and mentoring
• Ensure that the monthly regulatory and internal KPIs are met
• Monitors and measures service metrics and call volume to develop standards, improvements and resource allocation.
