Sodexo are on the look out for a Service Supervisor in Cambridge CB2 0BA If you are a friendly and organised individual who thrives on cultivating and guiding a multi skilled team, ensuring adherence to our standards and processes while consistently delivering exceptional service across food and beverage, housekeeping, retail, events, and the overall welcoming experience. You'll thrive in being hands-on, motivating, engaging, and leading Team members in all areas to excel in their roles, aligning with Sodexo's policies and procedures. This is a great role for someone who is eager to learn as much as possible in a multifunctional environment and look to progress in their career
What you’ll do:
- Act as an “Oracle” for the building
- Support positive relationships with key client stakeholders and Sodexo colleagues

Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism

Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry and scheduling

Be the go-to person to providing information and assistance

Comply with food safety and health and safety regulations and ensure daily completion of all compliance requirements
What you bring:

Previous experience in a similar role
