This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and talented individual. The role will involve managing a team of accountants that are responsible for the delivery of services to a portfolio of clients. Tasks will include planning work load (self-assessment tax returns, year-end company accounts and corporation tax returns), liaising with clients and answering technical queries, reviewing work, answering technical questions and providing an all-round service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Diagnostics: Supervise diagnostic methods and interpret lab results.
• Clinical Liaison: Provide on-call advice and manage significant results.
• Infection Control: Develop and implement infection prevention programs.
• Committee Participation: Engage in relevant hospital committees.
• Develop Policies: Maintain clinical guidelines and SOPs.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate departmental risks.
• Operational Planning: Manage lab operations and introduce new tests.
• Training: Educate and train medical students and professionals.
• Clinical Audit: Participate in and implement clinical audits.
• Research: Conduct and publish research in medical microbiology.

Essential Requirements:

• GMC Registration: Full and specialist registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) with a licence to practise.
• Completion of Training: Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in Medical Microbiology or within six months of award.
• FRCPath Qualification: Fellowship of the Royal College of Pathologists (FRCPath) or equivalent qualification.
• Broad Training and Experience: Extensive training and experience in Medical Microbiology and Virology.
• Clinical Independence: Ability to deliver service independently without direct supervision.

The post holder will work be responsible for the preparation, cooking, and service of nourishing and delightful meals to residents, considering their individual preferences, special dietary requirements, and any necessary modifications in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:

• Creating a varied and nutritional menu in line with dietary needs and preferences
• Training and managing the kitchen team in prepping
