About You

You will be CIPD Level 5 qualified with a comprehensive up to date knowledge of Employment Legislation and HR best practice.  Role Requirements

• Role model, champion and embed Our Riverside Way and ways of working, collaborating with People Services and business colleagues to achieve the Riverside aspired culture.
• Support People Partners with the planning and implementation of all operational aspects of the People Plans that support strategic aims within the Directorates,

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a multi-disciplinary highly skilled team to deliver a specific set of products or services via the Riverside Transformation Portfolio.

The difference you will make as a Support Assistant

You will be key in the day-to-day running of one of our supported housing services. We don’t run care homes, so there’s no need to provide personal care. The priority in your role includes the safety and wellbeing of everyone in our accommodation, including our customers.

Working with people who have a range of needs, you could be doing any number of things. From supporting customers in conversations with calls from their GP, Social Services, or Benefits teams – to dealing with the emergency services including the Police and Ambulance, when the need arises.

Experienced Azure SQL Database Administrator to be the custodian of our Azure SQL databases. From the quality and integrity of the data within them, to the performance of the data queries on the database and modernisation of our data tier from traditional SQL server instances to SQL Services in Azure.

Subject Matter Expert for design, maintenance and support of a range of databases and database technologies and tools to industry standards, responsible for the operational performance, integrity and security of the databases. Will constantly monitor the database for bottlenecks and slow performance and assist other developers in fixing database issues.

They will review code to ensure the quality of the data design by avoiding complexity and advocating clarity. This is a hands-on role in terms of day-to-day management and maintenance of the databases, which also requires forward planning and the designing of new elements in the data tier.

This role will facilitate knowledge transfer and sustainable debt collection practices.
