Project Manager (Recladding) - South West London - Immediate Start

A Project Manager is required to oversee the recladding package on a large residential building in South West London. The scheme has just commenced on site and consists of the replacement of non compliant cladding materials across 6 blocks.

This is a logistically challenging London site close to a busy railway line and several other large construction projects. Candidates ideally will come from a civil engineering / brickwork / metsec / rainscreen / curtain walling / façade background and have managed on projects of a similar calibre to this.

The successful Project Manager will be highly motivated and be able to work in a busy, pressurised environment and have proven experience working to tight deadlines. This is a temp to perm role for a minimum of 12 months or until the completion of the project in December 2025.

An M&E Manager is required to oversee mechanical and electrical packages on a large new build residential project in South East London. The project is valued at £80m+ and is due to complete in December 2025. Ideally the M&E Manager will also have some previous experience of working on large mixed use projects. We are working with a leading facilities management company looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with strong ties to the Facilities market to join their team on a permenant basis covering central London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Analysis & Strategy Development:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities within the hard services FM sector.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets.

• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

  • Identify and engage with potential clients, building strong relationships to understand their needs and offer tailored FM solutions.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

• Sales & Revenue Generation:

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance and report on progress to senior management.

• Collaboration & Team Leadership:

  • Work closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Lead and mentor junior business development staff, fostering a high-performance culture.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role within the facilities management industry, with a focus on hard services.
• Strong understanding of the hard services FM market, including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and building maintenance services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytic skills and the ability to drive results.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Looking for a Site Manager to join a Reactive Major works contract based in Islington on a contract basis for at least 5 months with opportunity for extension

£25.00 paye or £32.33 + permits paid for (no CIS options available)

We are after someone who has experience working on similar projects ideally on internal and external repairs projects and decorations. Undertaking reactive major works, roof replacements, kitchen, bathrooms etc

• Preparing detailed specifications of required works promptly after joint site visits with a building surveyor
• Visiting properties to assess the scope of works, ensuring they align with the matrix
• Conducting post-inspections of completed works to identify any issues or snagging
• Performing spot checks on contractors during ongoing works and addressing on-site concerns
• Communicating with tenants, leaseholders, and freeholders

• SMSTS
• H&S Qualification
• UK Driving licence and access to own vehicle
