The Key Accountabilities are, but not limited to:

• Manage completion within deadlines for all monthly financial statements & reporting functions in accordance with Group processes and policies. Group reporting packages include Actuals, Tax Packs, CBCR and etc.
• Ensure compliance with all Group Policies and statutory financial controls including external/internal audit and FMC requirements.
• Manage external audit, corporate taxes, GST/SST, Witholding Taxes, statistical surveys and other statutory reporting matters, including liaison with relevant external parties.
• Build and manage relationship with agencies and other SSC teams.
• Provide advisory support and guidance for any accounting & taxes matters to agencies and other SSC teams.
• Support collaboration within Groupe and agencies which include agencies integration, legal entities reduction, Post Month end & Balance Sheet Review and etc.
• Assist management on continuous improvement projects as appropriate that may arise on an ad-hoc basis undertaken in that role.

We are looking for an individual who can help to reinvent clients and guide them through their business transformation. This role will require the individuals to be proactive, entrepreneur-minded, open-minded, nimble and agile to work on an ever evolving client business and create/deliver award-winning integrated media campaigns (TV, Radio, Print, OOH, Digital and etc.) using in-house solutions (eg: Growth OS) whilst managing day-to-day planning, buying, implementation, optimization and reporting requirements for client’s business needs.

Expectations of an Integrated Media Planner:

1. Planning 

• Partner your Manager to develop media strategy, channel recommendations and prepare the detailed media flow plan 
• Liaise with media owners for proposals 
• Engage clients and creative agencies on day to day operations, competitive tracking & reviews, media trend updates and various campaign reports on local/regional/global levels
• Be familiar and become the power user of all trade and in-house tools to conceptualize the media plans and justifications, especially in the area of providing analytical view of the results

2. Buying  

• Negotiation with media owners for better rates and value adds 
• Booking of ads and setup of digital ads– both managed service and self-service 
• Prepare Copy Instructions/material specs, liaise with media vendors & creative agencies for material submission 
• Digital ad operations (campaign set up on self-serve platforms, tagging of ads and client’s site, ensure ads are properly served and tags are firing) 
• Monitor ads during campaign period, weekly digital reporting, end of campaign reporting and reconciliation of final costs for finance billings 
• Competitive monitoring for offline media (ADEX) and digital media tracking

Qualifications

• Determine and define project scope and objectives, working closely with other team leads to triage new projects.

The Studio Manager at PXP Studios is essential for ensuring that our creative outputs not only meet but exceed the highest standards of quality and precision. This role is pivotal in managing the daily operations of the studio and leading the team towards flawless execution of print projects.

As a Studio Manager

• Quality Control and Process Optimization: Maintain strict quality control over all client’s artwork through the print production process. Implement process improvements that enhance both cycle time and economic efficiency without compromising on quality.
• Team Leadership and Management: Direct and support a diverse team, including overseeing the development and continuous training of the FA team. Encourage a culture of high performance and continuous improvement among all studio members.
• Client Artwork Management: Take charge of the initial examination of all client-provided files to ensure they meet the required standards for quality and are technically sound for production.
