Your role will be to support our female client with attending a day centre on a 2:1 basis. Clinical interventions to include, supporting with learning disability, epilepsy/ seizure management, and other complex health needs including tracheostomy care, enteral feeding and ventilation.

Experience with tracheostomy care, enteral feeding and ventilation would be beneficial, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.

You will be supporting our male client in his own home, on a 1:1 basis, clinical interventions to include sensory impairment, physical disability, epilepsy management with an acquired brain injury and support to manage diabetes.
