ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform all general maintenance, construction and electrical duties as directed to keep equipment and the physical plant in good condition and repair.  Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Moves and installs machines Rebuilds and repairs power tools, machine tools, assembly equipment, lift trucks, etc.  Work can include construction, trouble shooting and repair of structural, fabricated, mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and/or pneumatic nature. Electrical experience with NEC standards, control wiring, laying out and installing circuit and using all test equipment Maintenance work to be performed with the use of blueprints, sketches, service manuals, verbal instructions, and requisitions. Fabricates machine parts using the required shop equipment such as: lathe, drill press, milling machine and others Use of power tools such as saws, drills, grinders, welder, torch, cranes, lift trucks, electrical, electronic test equipment, etc.  Performs required PM’s Experience in troubleshooting fluid power circuits Maintains 5S work area standards Undertakes daily reporting and updates of information systems including documentation of maintenance activities performed on equipment Works independently under limited supervision Performs related duties as directed Overtime as needed

ABOUT YOU

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Associates in Electromechanical, Advanced Manufacturing, or Associates degree in related field required
• A minimum two years' prior industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

THE ROLE:

The Engineer Intern - M&S performs simulation activities using CAE tools to model, analyze and provide creative, feasible solutions to problems encountered in product development. • Support Engineers through work station design and tool-board set ups.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) activities and support completion of CI board items.
• Participate in engagement activities, such as: Feed Forward activities, and Safety Teams.

JOB SUMMARY:

Assemble and/or install a variety of major and minor subassemblies, parts and systems as directed. • Assemblies weights up to 10,000 lbs. with appropriate handling equipment such as crane, dollies, etc. provided.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Prep & Trim Technician removes and replaces all components as required for paint. The openings are on 2nd shift.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sand entire vehicle or component, painted or unpainted.
• Perform minor body work.
• Wash entire vehicle or component.
• Blowdown, metal prep and condition vehicle or component.
• Mask, paper or grease components to be protected from paint.
• Prime and paint assemblies or components where a fine finish is not required.
• Demask, degrease vehicles or components. Apply stencils, labels, logos, sandpaint, nonskid etc., as required.
• Clean entire vehicle or components of overspray, grease rust- proof, and dirt to ready product for shipment.
• Drive vehicle as required in- to building from station to station and out of building and operate equipment as necessary.
• Move parts carts by hand or with forklift.
• Rustproof vehicle or components (certification required).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Use of simple arithmetic and some measuring instruments such as caliper, scale, etc.

YOUR IMPACT

• Design, implement and maintain, monitoring and alerting solutions to detect and respond to unauthorized access and potential threats in our cloud tenants.

• Work closely with architects and analysts to ensure necessary security solutions are in place throughout all systems to mitigate identified risks sufficiently, while meeting business objectives and regulatory requirements.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to business functional areas (e.g., Finance, HR, Engineering) and/or internal IT resources (such as infrastructure, apps, IT services.).

• Ensure that business and technical requirements are aligned to policy and are implemented within regulatory and contractual compliance.

• Advocate for cyber risk mitigation during planning sessions and implementation of new technology services.

• Maintain awareness of all aspects of information security and compliance, including PCI, SOC, and HIPAA requirements for information systems and industry best practices, such as, NIST 800-53, 800-171.

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the cybersecurity strategy.

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of cybersecurity hosted system roadmaps (e.g., SIEM, DLP, NDR) and drive continuous improvements.

• Participate in development and continuous improvement of the following cybersecurity programs: Threat & Vulnerability Management, Insider Threat Management, Data Governance, Cloud Security, Supplier Risk Management, Security Policies, and Cybersecurity Governance & Compliance.

• Contribute and help update the cybersecurity risk model, and coordination with other functional teams (e.g., HR, Finance, IT, Engineering) to establish plans to securely manage the cyber risks associated with business activities and technical implementations.

• Work with CSIRT to improve process, procedures, and training such as creating playbooks for investigations with other analysts to train on proper techniques for investigation.

• Be involved in threat hunts and purple team events that are put on to strengthen our knowledge of our environment.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERTISE

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems or equivalent.

• Eight (8) or more years of experience.

• Direct experience managing security configurations of cloud solutions (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS).

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Management or equivalent.

• Relevant industry recognized certifications (CISSP, CEH, GIAC, Security+, SSAP etc.).

Summary:

The Assembler I will be responsible for assembling various components in the manufacture of assemblies/sub-assemblies to deliver final product.

Essential Duties:

• Responsible for efficient operations and assembly tasks at different workstations
• Position and fasten subassemblies through torquing, assembling components such as, wires, hoses, instrument panels, doors, handles, and underbodies.
• Route all harnesses through facility
• Use manipulators and tools with standard work instructions.

• Assist in driving back defects to the point of origin along with identifying and assisting in implementation of corrective action(s)

The Production Apprentice will support the production workforce in various spaces.  The main objective of this role is gain knowledge and understanding of the production industry.  This role will be a hands-on learning experience while assisting in different production projects and process.

• Participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) activities and support completion of CI board items.
• Participate in engagement activities, such as: Safety Bingo, Feed Forward activities, and Safety Teams.
• Prep and trim-out vehicles or components before and after; hang paint line to ensure materials and components are ready to be painted.
• Assemble and/or install a variety of major or min subassemblies, parts, and systems, such as: engine and transmission assemblies, radiators, transfer cases, auxiliary transmissions, axles, air systems hydraulic steering, electric lines, valves, tanks, brackets, linkages, tinware, etc.
• Operate hand tools as needed.

• Assist in leading technical instruction, both presentation based and hands on, to an audience of customers on various vehicle platforms.
• Assist in the curriculum development of course content by providing technical support and vehicle knowledge.
• Participate in course content reviews and pilot courses.
• Provide feedback from customers on course content and vehicle support.
• Assist in training material updates by providing technical and procedural change information necessary to maintain currency of course materials.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or its equivalent.
• Experience in heavy truck operation and maintenance.
• Ability to travel 60%.

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS

• Technical and mechanical aptitude.
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Knowledge and experience with Oshkosh Defense vehicles.
• Understanding of military defense vehicles.
• Experience conducting training to a variety of audiences.
